At the counter for 5 minutes. 6 members of staff behind the counter not one of them acknowledged us let alone served us. In the end we just left! This is not a standalone issue with items often taking an age in this branch. Service is terrible and if I was the manager I would seriously be thinking of an overhaul of staff

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience at Starbucks
I usually love the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and order it about three times a week from different Starbucks locations — but this visit was really disappointing. My drink was ridiculously underfilled, so I politely mentioned it to the barista. She responded with an attitude but did remake it. Unfortunately, the second drink was even worse — barely shaken and not mixed properly. It tasted nothing like the usual brown sugar shaken espresso I know and enjoy. Definitely not the level of quality or service I expect from Starbucks.

I am writing to report an upsetting experience I had at one of your stores earlier today. I was asked to leave because I was holding my small dog in my arms, even though he was completely quiet, calm, and under control.
There were no signs posted on the door or anywhere in the store indicating that only service animals are allowed. Moments before the staff member approached me, a woman who was arranging the Christmas decorations, not in a Starbucks uniform, looked visibly irritated and spoke to him. Although the employee did not explicitly tell me she had complained, it was clear that he came to me immediately afterward. This made it seem as though her personal discomfort prompted the situation, not any behavior from my dog.
We have visited several Starbucks locations many times before, and we have always seen dogs in the stores, of all sizes and breeds, without any issue. The staff member himself looked uncomfortable and embarrassed while asking us to leave, which reinforces the impression that this was not a standard policy being applied consistently.
I felt singled out and treated unfairly in a way that does not reflect the welcoming environment Starbucks is known for. I kindly request clarification on your pet policy, as well as assurance that this type of inconsistent and uncomfortable situation will be addressed.

Worst Starbucks location ever. I placed a mobile order and it took over 45 minutes to get my drink — and when it finally came out, it was the wrong order. This isn’t even the first time; it’s like this every single day at this location.
Do they not train their staff here? The lack of organization and urgency is unbelievable for such a big brand. Avoid this store if you actually value your time.

I love the coffee at Starbucks Coffee in Mary Brickell. They serve me well.
I bought a Summer Berry Refresher and drank about two fingers of it. After 20 min just enough to give me heartburn, a strong urge to vomit, and throat irritation. Don’t drink this. It’s making me feel REALLY sick.

I’m a fellow partner from out of state, and Kevin not only customer connected with my mom and me so hard, he remembered our drinks the next day! He definitely embodies Starbuck’s Mission and Values! I just wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserves!

Be aware the WiFi doesnt work, and the staff has no idea what to do about it nor care.
Thank you, Ronny, for a perfect cup of coffee this AM. It was so smooth and without a bitter aftertaste, that I had to ask to make sure an espresso shot had been added.
Service was speedy, staff was gracious and friendly, and the music was not obtrusive.

We visited the Starbucks branch at Brickell City Center. The store was well crowded and so it took us a while to eat, but it followed the great quality that we already know world out. We ordered two Swiss ham and cheese baguettes, which were very good and were big. Of dessert two Blueberry muffin, which were excellent! To drink a Strawberry cream Frappuccino (very good) and a Cinnamon Latte (excellent). It all went out around $37. Good service and standard Starbucks environment. We were able to sit and eat quietly, because the store was emptying. I recommend for a quick stop during shopping!
