We visited the Starbucks branch at Brickell City Center. The store was well crowded and so it took us a while to eat, but it followed the great quality that we already know world out. We ordered two Swiss ham and cheese baguettes, which were very good and were big. Of dessert two Blueberry muffin, which were excellent! To drink a Strawberry cream Frappuccino (very good) and a Cinnamon Latte (excellent). It all went out around $37. Good service and standard Starbucks environment. We were able to sit and eat quietly, because the store was emptying. I recommend for a quick stop during shopping!

This team doesn’t seem to understand the concept of customer service. I was greeted with a “Yeah?” When I approached the counter to order my drink. When I explained I wanted to redeem my stars, the cashier ended up charging my card anyways. I asked for a tall warm water on the side from the barista, she rolled her eyes and said they never ordered for you and walked away. I waved her down to ask “Will you give me the water?” And she made a face and said impatiently “I need a second”. I overheard multiple people approaching the barista about wrong drink orders and witnessed them throwing the wrong drinks angrily into the sink. None of them acted like they wanted to be work there…

Be careful here! I ordered a hot latte for my son. The cashier handed me a cup with a poorly closed lid. Luckily, I noticed it before grabbing it, or I could have spilled hot coffee on my hands. When I pointed out that the lid wasn’t secured properly, he replied, 'IT’S NOT THAT HOT!' What if my son had grabbed that cup and burned himself?!

This is a very crowded Starbucks. You often have to queue to order food and there may not always be a seat. If you can find a seat, it's a good place to rest when you're tired from shopping.

THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE AND TRASHY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE AND I SAW A DEAD RAT ON THE FRYER AND MY CAKE POP WAS FILLED WITH CHICKEN IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THE BREAD WAS ROTTEN EWWWW AND THEN WHEN I WENT TO USE THE BATHROOM THERE WAS A OLD MAN IN A FURSUIT EATING TAKIS AND SAYING YOU GOT GAMES ON YOUR PHONE!!

Very disappointed! I came to this Starbucks, and they opened at 7 am. Not only were they late, but on top of everything, an employee named Marlon came up to me and told me to lower my phone while I was watching a video while waiting for my coffee. My video was not loud, and the store was empty. Please educate your staff; this is not how I want to start my morning.

We were out driving around and admittedly a bit lost in the dense development. We found a place to pull over and park and went into this little coffee store to recover. We got our bearing and were able to get back on the road with some coffee.

I just had a Second bad experience at this Starbucks location and it was from the same Female Manager Thursday August 15th 2024 at 8:57p.m. Night . She has been very rude for the second time in the past 3 to 4 weeks I've been there including tonight. I understand they want to I home and all but I got there 3 minutes before closing and the doors where locked and after knocking multiple times a female employee finally opened the door but to tell me her manager said they are allowed to close earlier then advertised for 9p.m. when they don't have any movement in the store. I told the girl I would record conversation to confirm if that's true and then she no longer wanted to speak or repeat herself and walked away then mumbled some things to The manager and the manager still ignored me. I kept trying to get her attention until she finally decided to come to the door after and tell me they are closed and pushed me away from the door which you would be able to see on camera also and my recording of the situation. She also proceeded after to call mall security to take me out but he could hear her and I also tried helping her call the mall security also to explain what was happening. I will like to get in touch with the Store General Manager or Higher up and find a solution for my mistreatment and horrible customer service experience. Please let me know who I will need to reach out to find a solution to this problem.Thank You in advance.
