I genuinely hate that I’m leaving a bad review, but I can’t take it anymore - Without fail every single time I place an order whether in person or online it seems to be wrong or something seems to be missing. Lately I’ve been placing my order online because I find it disturbing how rude the staff is. They always seem so annoyed , like I’m so sorry for letting you know that something in my order that you printed and read is missing.

I don’t like to speak up because I hate being a Karen but one time I had to. I looked at my drink and asked them could you please make this again the way I ordered it? They asked me what was wrong with it and I was so confused because why are we placing the order if you’re just gonna make the drink whatever way you want ?

After waiting another 20 min. they ended up making it again but why not just make it right the first time? I’ll never understand how businesses allow these things.

Tuesday night 5/13... the 2 people working said they couldn't serve me because it was 8:50 and they close at 9pm. And closed the door behind my son at 8:51 see picture. Horrible service and it's always the same girl with the nasty attitude...

The cashier lady I guess she was “tired” It seems like they wanted to get rid of me, they didn’t even ask what size I wanted for my drink. I asked a question a suggestion to order a new drink and they just said, “I hope so”, didn’t let me finish talking when she ask I if i wanted anything else. I don’t think that’s customer service at all, especially in Starbucks. Very disappointed with this store.

If I could give. 0 stars I would.I placed an online order, for some reason I couldn’t not find it on the app, so I went to the store thinking they were going to have it since it charged me and everything. When I get there I was the only one in line, the cashier sat down to drink coffee, and did not even acknowledge me. The person that was preparing the drinks asked me if I ordered online, I said yes, asked me for the name 3 times, but she never stopped what she was doing to help. A 3rd employee approached me and told me he did not know, that I had to call customer service, and request a refund because it is a system glitch. I had my bank account and everything showing I paid for the order, but in the end they just were not helpful at all, and after ignoring me in line they did not even offer to help or anything. The service is the worst I have received, I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone.

My first greeting here when I walked in and was completing my mobile order was, “hi, are you going to buy anything?” I understand there is a new policy, but i feel like that’s a bit rushed, especially if you want to give kind and welcoming vibes. 🌿

How you welcome customers has such a powerful impact on the overall tone and atmosphere of the cafe. ☀️

I definitely feel like they could add a couple outlets here for people like me who often come to Starbucks to work, have meetings, etc. 💻

The customer service was really poor the second time I ordered something on the app and at the end of waiting 20 minutes they didn't have it or they forgot to change it. To make matters worse, they tell you with a lightness like "ok next" the truth is I will continue consuming Starbucks but there will not be a third one for this specific location. If the manager would have told me something but they didn't even bother. Only Batista, who was a young boy, was more decent than his partner 11/14/2024 17:33 - 17:50

Several times a week I buy the same coffee, I customize it through the App and it costs me $11.93 usd. I know perfectly well how this coffee turns out and the one that was prepared for me on November 1st (3:17 pm) was not prepared correctly. I told the guy who prepared it about the situation but he did not want to accept the mistake and did not fix it for me.
I am not a problematic customer so I simply thanked him and left. I understand that he made a mistake in the preparation but why did he not want to fix my coffee? The App charges me for all the changes and extras that I add to this coffee (4.25 usd extra to the original price of the coffee) and I pay for them gladly because that is how I need my drink.
People like that make me feel like I have had bad service. Thanks!!!

A very nice place, with good music and many people happy for the service they provide. The girls serve you very kindly. In Spanish and English. I will go again soon it helps me concentrate on my studies or remote work. The prices are very affordable.
