The customer service was really poor the second time I ordered something on the app and at the end of waiting 20 minutes they didn't have it or they forgot to change it. To make matters worse, they tell you with a lightness like "ok next" the truth is I will continue consuming Starbucks but there will not be a third one for this specific location. If the manager would have told me something but they didn't even bother. Only Batista, who was a young boy, was more decent than his partner 11/14/2024 17:33 - 17:50

Several times a week I buy the same coffee, I customize it through the App and it costs me $11.93 usd. I know perfectly well how this coffee turns out and the one that was prepared for me on November 1st (3:17 pm) was not prepared correctly. I told the guy who prepared it about the situation but he did not want to accept the mistake and did not fix it for me.
I am not a problematic customer so I simply thanked him and left. I understand that he made a mistake in the preparation but why did he not want to fix my coffee? The App charges me for all the changes and extras that I add to this coffee (4.25 usd extra to the original price of the coffee) and I pay for them gladly because that is how I need my drink.
People like that make me feel like I have had bad service. Thanks!!!

I've always had great service here. Always friendly, never slow. Just today they were super busy and the two of them kept a positive attitude the whole time and were great.

A very nice place, with good music and many people happy for the service they provide. The girls serve you very kindly. In Spanish and English. I will go again soon it helps me concentrate on my studies or remote work. The prices are very affordable.

I had an amazing experience at the Starbucks in Doral, thanks to Dante and Kayla! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and friendly greetings. Dante was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect drink based on my preferences. Kayla’s attention to detail when preparing my order was spot on, and it was clear that both of them take pride in their work.

The service was fast, and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it the perfect spot for a quick coffee break. I truly appreciated the extra effort they put into making my experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!

Kayla and Dawn are the only reason I come here! There are 2 others very very close that have drive thru I could go to especially i have to lug my infant out the car to cone in. Attention to detail is not consistent, I've been coming here for 8 months now 4-5x a week I visit. The guys NEVER get my drink right, I'm almost to the point where if my girls aren't there just walking out. Even when I tell them exactly what I want they STILL FORGET at least 2 steps. For instance no caramel on whip cream or no foam when ice paid for foam. They don't read the label and follow it. As far as customer service/friendliness it's inconsistent as well. I think its because staff is over worked it can get busy and they really need to hire more help so they are not overwhelmed

Also I've noticed the straws Crack very easily

Terrible attention from the person who served me, a young man with curly hair and earrings in his ear, the cappuccino looks more like milk water with foam, horrible. She was the only one to attend and I had to wait for her to check her cell phone to make me the drink I ordered, I left disappointed, she didn't even have sugar. I was really looking forward to having something warm and I came out totally disappointed. Be friendlier, and he didn't even give me proof.

Everytine I go they NEVER has coffee!! (Pike) and the argument of one of the employees (Domincan) was that was already late to have coffee ready!! 4:00 pm!! So, what is the main business of starbucks??
