Terrible manager. Manager Dellmond? I believe. This manager was not professional at all and was very rude. He took my order and was drinking a smoothie whilst doing so. Is this even hygienic? Why is this guy a manager?? If they don't know how to do their job, then they shouldn't have the job. period. I will not be coming back to this location if this is how I'm treated.

Walked in at 8:00 pm. They told me they couldn’t make me a regular coffee. Because they were cleaning the machine and stopped selling coffee. This was 1 full hour before closing. Terrible representation of a coffee shop.

I placed a drink order through the mobile app, and it took 20 minutes to be ready. While I was waiting, one of the baristas who had two mini ponytails and orange-red hair was loudly cursing the entire time. It was incredibly unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I’m honestly shocked that Starbucks allows this kind of behavior from its employees. I won’t be returning to that location.

Hi, I wanted to share some honest feedback. I specifically came to this location to get some work done and chose to spend $10 on a latte with the expectation that the Wi-Fi would be reliable. Unfortunately, it’s extremely slow and essentially unusable.
I only discovered the issue after settling in, which made the visit frustrating. For many customers, including myself, fast and stable Wi-Fi is a major reason to choose a coffee shop. It may seem like a small detail, but it can make a big difference — and even impact repeat business.
Just wanted to bring it to your attention in case it’s something that can be improved.

I genuinely hate that I’m leaving a bad review, but I can’t take it anymore - Without fail every single time I place an order whether in person or online it seems to be wrong or something seems to be missing. Lately I’ve been placing my order online because I find it disturbing how rude the staff is. They always seem so annoyed , like I’m so sorry for letting you know that something in my order that you printed and read is missing.
I don’t like to speak up because I hate being a Karen but one time I had to. I looked at my drink and asked them could you please make this again the way I ordered it? They asked me what was wrong with it and I was so confused because why are we placing the order if you’re just gonna make the drink whatever way you want ?
After waiting another 20 min. they ended up making it again but why not just make it right the first time? I’ll never understand how businesses allow these things.

Tuesday night 5/13... the 2 people working said they couldn't serve me because it was 8:50 and they close at 9pm. And closed the door behind my son at 8:51 see picture. Horrible service and it's always the same girl with the nasty attitude...
The cashier lady I guess she was “tired” It seems like they wanted to get rid of me, they didn’t even ask what size I wanted for my drink. I asked a question a suggestion to order a new drink and they just said, “I hope so”, didn’t let me finish talking when she ask I if i wanted anything else. I don’t think that’s customer service at all, especially in Starbucks. Very disappointed with this store.
The staff were very friendly and efficient. Even under pressure they delivered the second best flat white I’ve ever had.
If I could give. 0 stars I would.I placed an online order, for some reason I couldn’t not find it on the app, so I went to the store thinking they were going to have it since it charged me and everything. When I get there I was the only one in line, the cashier sat down to drink coffee, and did not even acknowledge me. The person that was preparing the drinks asked me if I ordered online, I said yes, asked me for the name 3 times, but she never stopped what she was doing to help. A 3rd employee approached me and told me he did not know, that I had to call customer service, and request a refund because it is a system glitch. I had my bank account and everything showing I paid for the order, but in the end they just were not helpful at all, and after ignoring me in line they did not even offer to help or anything. The service is the worst I have received, I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone.
