I frequent this specific starbucks and it's almost always a 10/10, but for the past week I've encountered Jessica and she's amazing. My experience is with her is alway pleasant

Cecile and Leila Right at you!

I waited for the store to open for the Barista bear release me and 4 other customer just so when we walk in for the clerk to say whatever is on the shelf we can buy there was not even on bear on the shelf. I called the store on 11/5 and was told they had a few in stock . If you see customers waiting let them know you have no beard and they could go someplace else instead they had us waiting for disappointment.

This Starbucks used to be our favorite. Today we ordered 2 iced shaken espressos, our usual, and they were horrible. Gave us really bad stomach aches. Lately this location is lacking in every aspect. :/ It's truly a shame because it used to be great. So disappointed!

“Today I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. When I tried to park, there was a black car blocking the entrance, and I had to maneuver to get into the parking lot. Another driver leaving the space also made things complicated, and while I was trying to adjust, the security approached me and asked for my driver’s license. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed, as I was simply trying to park safely. I hope the management reviews how situations like this are handled, because it made me feel very unwelcome.”

This location is very busy for pickup and drive through. Expect to wait for the drive through during peak hours and expect to block traffic as well. The staff at the location work hard and their attitudes and work ethic help the location that’s for sure. This is a clanging location and the staff and management have really worked at developing a system for this location that works.

I would avoid. Not only is the music too loud for any one to use (pretty sure it violates OSHA noise limits for staff, so any erstwhile attorney should bring in a sound meter, and see what the ambient noise level is, this work environment causes long term damage to employee's hearing, (can you say class) and probably as a way of discouraging people from spending time in store) it as a third space, the staff are a mixed bag.

With the 2018 incident in Philadelphia where two Black men were arrested for refusing to leave a store after not making a purchase, corporate has forced all stores to require a purchase in order to use the bathroom. I have been denied access to the bathroom, despite purchasing sundry items from the store in the same visit. Retailers that don't recognize their own customers are a mixed bag I think. Can't wait for Luckin Coffee to make it to South Florida.

Great Starbucks, I always have a good experience here. I come occasionally to work here and enjoy a coffee. I recommend coming here. They have plenty of space, nice atmosphere & high ceilings. This is MUCHHH better than the Starbucks on 135th & Biscayne (the north Miami Beach location). I’ll never go to the NMB location again personally.
