First of all, every time I visit that shop it always takes at least 20mn to get my order, even after putting in the order 10mn before I arrive. Today was the worst, after standing in the sun for 15mn; the server finally comes to the window and addressed another young lady that came after me, that was standing way behind me on the side. He ignored me when I said I was in the line and was next, and proceeded to make the lady’s drink prior to mine.

Today was my second visit here and both times today and previously I asked for chocolate chips to be added to my mocha frappe cookie crumble and both times they forget or chose not to include them. Also I literally just left the drive thru and this frappe was already melted so my guess is the person who made it didn't even blend any ice into it, it's like they just added the ingredients without ice or very little ice and just mixed it up

This was one I f the easiest Starbucks drive thru or window walk up super Starr quick and very friendly. Wish they were in my neighborhood!! Great concept

I've never waited so long for a drink ( 30 minutes) The service is very haphazard even though we ordered in advance.
I have been here outside for 20 minutes. There telling me they working on the order and 7 minutes later they’re asking me about my order. How many drinks I order horrible service 2 people asking me . Next time I will just go to drive through now I’m stuck because drive through has me blocked in never again
