I want to complain with the staff because literally Starbucks North Miami is miserable. I am a regular customer there and I buy coffee every week and have my receipts from every purchase and today December 5th I went to the window and asked for a cup of ice and an Indian lady that works in the morning shift told me she didn’t think she can because I had to make a purchase. Literally is being miserable. I am not a complained customer but I don’t think is fair to tell someone you can’t give them a cup of ice

Staff is so nice! I am a realtor who put out a open house sign in the front of the street and the manager instead of being nice enough to put it to the side for me throw my for sale away in the trash!
The staff was sent out to help me get it from the trash can , manager couldn’t even greet me or explain why he didn’t have the heart to just call me. We are all humans who are here to help one another. Crazy how people won’t help you get by. Andre, how dare you call yourself a leader! Shame on you!
First of all, every time I visit that shop it always takes at least 20mn to get my order, even after putting in the order 10mn before I arrive. Today was the worst, after standing in the sun for 15mn; the server finally comes to the window and addressed another young lady that came after me, that was standing way behind me on the side. He ignored me when I said I was in the line and was next, and proceeded to make the lady’s drink prior to mine.

Today was my second visit here and both times today and previously I asked for chocolate chips to be added to my mocha frappe cookie crumble and both times they forget or chose not to include them. Also I literally just left the drive thru and this frappe was already melted so my guess is the person who made it didn't even blend any ice into it, it's like they just added the ingredients without ice or very little ice and just mixed it up
