rudest woman at drive through. i repeated my name on the app several times and she kept telling me they need the name of the drink, not the order, and i say multiple times the name of the mobile order which is a descriptor of what i want, and she refuses to listen and instead condescends me. when i show her my name on the app at the window being exactly what i said, she doubled down. i just dont understand. i know customers are annoying but it gets to a point. its not the first time ive experienced this here. this is whats wrong with our society
This is my go to Starbucks. I've been coming here for years! Never had any issues, employees always nice. But tonight was the complete opposite. The lady at the window was very rude. Today's date is January 18th 2026 at 7:28pm just for accuracy. In addition to her all the other employees were not nice. There was another lady that walked up to the winow and just turned her back to us and leaned on the window, no acknowledgement, no hey we will be with you in a moment. When the lady that took our order walked up the the window no greetings just a nasty stare. This was so bad I might not ever come back especially at this time of night. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I'm a paying customer, I'm not begging for free drinks. Also made my drinks terribly. Awful.

More often than I care for when I order a pastry from there it still comes in the plastic. The turn in the drive through design is a headache to deal with and makes for an awkward reaching to the counter window.

They’ve been out of classic syrup for over 1 week. This is not the first time they are out of product for 4+ days. I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks and I have lived in many different states. They need new management! I now have been going down the street to Aventura for the past week and will continue going there moving forward.

I went drive thru .the person on telecom was so in a rush .when received my drinks and my loaf bread so upset of the way they did everything very nasty unprofessional my drink no taste at all and my loaf bread cold with a piece out .never again going to this Starbuck .

We went into the drive thru and asked to see if they had the secret menu and they gave us an attitude saying “no we don’t have the secret menu ma’am.” “There is no secret menu.” Even tho on the Starbucks app it says there is a secret menu. These people really need coaching for costumer service Now I know that I will never be coming back here again.

Patra or similar was very rude this morning I was standing in line more than 10mins after placing my order ..I simply greeted her good morning asking her do she see my order because the new girl Angie didn't ask for my name for my order she responded so rude I mean very rude !! she had care for her customers her main focus was drive thru when the lobby was packed as well.. I Canceled my order !!!! needs to work on customer service skills !!

I really try with this location but the workers are not friendly at all. I live like 5mins from here but I would rather drive 20mins to the North Miami location to get my coffee instead. I love it there. The energy here is negative, no smiles, greeting seems forced and fake. Not coming back.
Cynthia Moreles should be fired. She is insulting and unkind, and she has a horrible attitude toward Starbucks customers. Due to her unprofessionalism and arrogance, I will never go to this Starbucks location again.

I arrived at the establishment and sat down to enjoy the ambiance. I wanted to place an order, but had just consumed my SuperGreens. As I sat at a high top quietly, a team member by the name of Gina approached me. She informed me that I would not be able to sit unless I was a paying customer. I then explained that I had just consumed my SuperGreens and was waiting a bit to order. Gina said that she watched me move from table to table so I needed to order. I obliged. I walked to the cashier, whom just so happened to be the manager on duty, and placed my order, explaining that I would place an order, but I did not want my beverage made right then, as it was an iced drink and I was unable to consume it right away. The drink would be warm. She stated that as per company policy, they were unable to wait to make my drink. Why, then, would you force me to order when I was not prepared to drink it???? The lobby was empty, besides one lone gentleman sitting in the high top behind me. I did not need to be rushed to order. A little empathy goes a long way, and it seems that this particular store lacks that. I am a Corporate Manager for a major hotel chain, so I know what good customer service looks like. This is not it.
