My name is [Anonymous]. A Formal complait has been filed with Starbucks Corporate. I am here to report that one of your Starbucks located at: 1690 NE Miami Gardens Dr, Miami, FL 33179, I ran by a manger identifying him as Joe Buck closed his Starbucks Store precisely at 0658p on 12/08/2024 (I have proof of sevetsl customers trying to come to inside the Store only to be denied service. The Store according to both Google Maps and a picture of that I took showing the Hours Of Operations is suppose to close at 0930p. There was a chinese couple who was denied entry and I have video footage of customers trying to go into the Starbucks before closing time only to find out that they are unable to come into the store because the store manager purposefully closed the Store early! The person in charge running the store was a male with a white polo shirt (identified himself as Joe Buck) , along with one female and one male whom are employees working with the black male in charge. I have always come to this Starbucks myself and NEVER had this dislevel of customer service and I am pretty sure it is against Corporate Company Policy to close early. On Google Maps it shows that they are suppose to close at 0930p as well as the sign on their Hours Of Operation. They are suppose to close at 0930p. Your hired employees just took away 2 1/2 hours of Corporate Profit the store could potentially make and for what reason you ask?!? That is something Starbucks Corporate needs to address with Joe Buck. Shift Manager of Starbucks at the time. Thank you for your attention to his matter!

Barbara is the worst manager to have ever worked at a starbucks. She has consistently proven that she cannot handle working as a manager in any aspect not only at starbucks but at any sort of similar position. I have never seen such an incompetent person for the job. Please put her under review!

On Sunday morning I ordered 2 cappuccinos. The attention at the cashier was bad, to the point that they charged us incorrectly, because I ordered one with caramel syrup and charged both the same, I asked if they had another one with hazelnut and they did not answer me due to the rush to serve us quickly, when there were no other people in line. Then the person who prepared the drinks for us, made them with a bad temper and in half. It only had foam, you couldn't feel the syrup and it was boiled. This place definitely needs to improve its staff...

Very hostile environment. I was approached by Tenisha, as a paying customer, not to closed my eyes while I wait for my phone to charge. Somehow she thinks I'm homeless and dirty. Talk about profiling like a mf.

Worst customer service I ever received in Starbucks (worldwide) ever…..Devon, who considered himself a manager and Adriana a representative been so rude to me.After they make my drink wrong. Devon tried to confront me that that’s how the drinks being made. not only that when I ask him to add a couple more spoons he went ahead and charge me extra for that (he had the moment of a ego trip in front of all his workers). While he was charging I went on the Starbucks app and I see in the recipe of the drink that I was right (there are 3 spoons and not 1 as they put). Even after all that instead to apologize and correct the situation, Devon added the 2 more spoons and when I asked him to refund me the extras he was charging me he make a laugh out of me with the rest of the workers.Never go this to this branch ever again!!!!
