customer service so bad the servers have a lot of attitude when you pick up your order

We went into the drive thru and asked to see if they had the secret menu and they gave us an attitude saying “no we don’t have the secret menu ma’am.” “There is no secret menu.” Even tho on the Starbucks app it says there is a secret menu. These people really need coaching for costumer service Now I know that I will never be coming back here again.

Patra or similar was very rude this morning I was standing in line more than 10mins after placing my order ..I simply greeted her good morning asking her do she see my order because the new girl Angie didn't ask for my name for my order she responded so rude I mean very rude !! she had care for her customers her main focus was drive thru when the lobby was packed as well.. I Canceled my order !!!! needs to work on customer service skills !!

I really try with this location but the workers are not friendly at all. I live like 5mins from here but I would rather drive 20mins to the North Miami location to get my coffee instead. I love it there. The energy here is negative, no smiles, greeting seems forced and fake. Not coming back.

Cynthia Moreles should be fired. She is insulting and unkind, and she has a horrible attitude toward Starbucks customers. Due to her unprofessionalism and arrogance, I will never go to this Starbucks location again.

I arrived at the establishment and sat down to enjoy the ambiance. I wanted to place an order, but had just consumed my SuperGreens. As I sat at a high top quietly, a team member by the name of Gina approached me. She informed me that I would not be able to sit unless I was a paying customer. I then explained that I had just consumed my SuperGreens and was waiting a bit to order. Gina said that she watched me move from table to table so I needed to order. I obliged. I walked to the cashier, whom just so happened to be the manager on duty, and placed my order, explaining that I would place an order, but I did not want my beverage made right then, as it was an iced drink and I was unable to consume it right away. The drink would be warm. She stated that as per company policy, they were unable to wait to make my drink. Why, then, would you force me to order when I was not prepared to drink it???? The lobby was empty, besides one lone gentleman sitting in the high top behind me. I did not need to be rushed to order. A little empathy goes a long way, and it seems that this particular store lacks that. I am a Corporate Manager for a major hotel chain, so I know what good customer service looks like. This is not it.

This is my coffee place , cause I live close by , but the quality is so bad now . Just came out from there and my coffee taste like water and sugar, and is the horchata new drink. My husband one is the same taste like liquid sugar and ice . I just putted my coffee in the garbage . So sorry about this .

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed a mobile order and waited over 25 minutes for a single coffee — far beyond what’s acceptable for a quick-service location.

When I asked about the delay, I was met with rudeness from an employee named Tiffany, who identified herself as the manager. Rather than offering an apology or solution, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.

This level of service, especially from someone in a leadership role, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand. I expect better from Starbucks.

The new staffs don't care. They on their phone and not paying attention. I ordered a hazelnut shaking espresso. They gave me a cup of milk with no espresso. And the girl hand it to me with a smirk. $6.90 for a cup of milk.

Waited 20 mins just to get to the drive through speaker, only 3 cars in front of me. Pulled up to the speaker.. not a word for 15 minutes.. the cars in front of me all got their orders, and here i am, still at the order speaker. Ended up just leaving and not waiting any longer. There goes my whole lunch break, what a waste of time. Don't come here, im done with Starbucks.

This Starbucks used to be so good. I have no idea what’s been happening. I’ve been ordering from here for UberEats and there is not a single time there isn’t an error or something is missing. And don’t even try to re-order because they won’t send your second order with another driver for some reason. My husband and I drink Starbucks every single day (I know that’s a lot), but we will NOT be ordering from here anymore. Unprofessional and rude to the delivery driver that was trying to help us. Sad that this place has gone to crap because of the lazy and unprofessional employees. They need to clean house.

if you don't want to waste your time and money, avoid this place. I ordered iced matcha latte, got a hot latte, disgusting taste. seriously? The chairs and armchairs were dirty. Disappointed.
