Girl at the window gave me a hot cup of coffee and didn’t cover the lid. Coffee went all over my clothes and BMW! TOTALLY NOT COOL!

Many times I come here and each and every time they always make the coffee the wrong way not to Starbucks standard. How hard is it to make a simple iced coffee? And why would they charge me for an iced latte for the iced coffee? All the employees need to get retrained the proper way so the drinks can come out how they should be served. Starbucks is not a name that should be tarnished and hopefully this store improves themselves.

What is happening with Starbucks? really the quality of the products and the service is terrible, two times ask for sugar on the coffee and both not added. Coffee taste like not Fresh or reused, and she tries to charge me extra for re-do it. Sincerely they are going down. It won’t be a third time.

Yes, Starbucks is right across from our beauty salon. I sometimes go in the morning through the drive-through, the iced coffee with oat milk is delicious.

The best experience I have ever received at Starbucks! A barista by the name of Tanisha was so sweet, attentive and helpful. She even brought my drink over to me as I was waiting on it. She really deserves to be recognized and hopefully something special is done for her. She made my experience amazing today. The atmosphere overall is wonderful, clean, and everyone is very nice. So happy to be able to enjoy this Starbucks. :)

everytime i come it's a problem and always rushing but never once did they make a drink right. i've been to many starbucks and this had to be the worst one yet. i came here multiple times to try and give them a chance but it never changed, always rude, rushing, and never making a drink right. would not recommend this starbucks to anybody

I only wanted matcha powder blended with ice water. Small. No milk, sugar, cream pumps, chemicals, nada. The girl at the drive through (maybe latina, young, white looking with long straight black hair in a ponytail) refused to ring it up correctly & charged me 7$ for a large (not small), matcha frapp. I was pretty annoyed but it did taste good still so 3 stars.
