I can’t believe I was refused to have a cup of water while the employee was closing
I asked politely to have some water He said no I can’t I have to go And totally dismissed me
I can’t believe any establishment would refuse to give water
I did buy a coffee early morning and the employee was one of the ones that served me in the morning so he knew I was a customer
But I wouldn’t even refuse to give water to my worst enemy
This happened on Thursday November 6th Around 6:20pm

Not a huge line but I had to stay 10 minutes in line to place order and additional 9 to get my machiato, while waiting chatted to a gentleman and he mentioned it's all the time a like had staff is slow and really don't care about Brand. Hope this will help time of visit Sunday lunch

I had a frustrating experience at this Starbucks that I feel needs to be addressed. Despite ordering before the man behind me, the female baristas prioritized him, making his four drinks before even starting mine.
This kind of male-centered behavior from staff is disappointing and unacceptable. All customers deserve equal treatment. I hope the management takes this seriously and reminds their team that good service means serving everyone with fairness and respect.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The barista was rude and unhelpful. I showed her my order in the Starbucks app (for 2 coffees), but she tried to scan 4 and seemed confused about basic options like syrups. I had to explain the order multiple times, but instead of listening, she just insisted I order through the app — which at this location only works with Starbucks cards (not even regular payment). The manager eventually helped, but the prices didn’t match what I saw in the app, and the drinks didn’t taste good either. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Starbucks.

God forbid you want to place a pickup order here and actually get it correct. I’ve lived in One for three years and regularly came here for pick up’s. Drinks always half full, if you like foam prepare for majority foam and a few sips of coffee, ask for lite ice and you get extra ice. This place needs a serious quality control check especially considering it’s one of the only options for Starbucks pickup in the city. Extremely disappointing every time

Great location. Nice store. Many retail stores do not accept cash in Miami. I only shopped at this store to buy a ‘been there’ souvenir!

My AM coffee is always fresh, hot, delicious at this Starbucks. Other Starbucks? Not so much. The staff here is friendly and gracious, and the service is immediate--even when crowded. The surroundings are clean, and the background music thoughtful and original. Special thanks to the new guy, Moises, who shares the lovely manners exhibited by all the other baristas. Whoever is running this store knows exactly how to hire and train and maintain. I look forward to visiting this particular location every day

This is a very quiet Starbucks in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. You can order reassuring Starbucks drinks and meals. You can choose to sit on the seats in the hotel lobby and enjoy the leisurely atmosphere.
