We waited a long time just to place an order, so we ended up leaving without ordering anything. There were two employees who were obviously overwhelmed by the amount of customers and they were also messing up orders as they seemed nervous....

This is the third week that I go to the Starbucks here and they are either missing an ingredient or a product or something? Does corporate not restock this location cause the location near by has stock of everything.The last two week no white mocha syrup, today no mocha syrup, no espresso (this is ridiculous) and only like 2 food items. I order a white mocha frap tall. They give me an iced white mocha coffee, then they remake it but grande when I only wanted a tall. Next I order a peppermint mocha late grande (the current seasonal drink on their menu mind you) and they make it (mind you they said they didn’t have mocha today) and it’s tall. I tell them it’s suppose to be grande. They take it back to remake it but they come up to me to tell me they don’t have mocha…..I just don’t understand what’s happening seriously?Every week before that they either give me the wrong size or they give me the coffee hot when cold and vice versa. They need to get it together with communication, restocking ordering products based on the review of weekly sales. I won’t go here ever again. I’d rather waist gas and go 15 blocks down the road to the stand alone Starbucks location to get coffee or better yet I’d go to Dunkin Donuts at this point.The manager of the Target where this Starbucks is at handled everything nicely for me and gave me my refund and a gift card for inconvenience. Though I appreciate her for this it still doesn’t guarantee that these issues will be fixed. Therefore there is no next time. Lost customer forever. Goodbye.
