Shannon at the drive thru today was extremely professional and had a big smile helped me with care and diligence ensuring my order was to my satisfaction all this while being friendly and fast truly enjoy this location on US1 between 144 & 152. Today I went thru the drive thru but when i usually get off the inside is always super clean it is a pleasure to sit and eat here. I so much this location it’s my favorite for all the mentioned reasons. Starbucks is a beautiful and a great brand here in South Florida I love the location in Pinecrest it's right on US1 it's has a drive-thru there efficient they're very friendly and they're definitely a five-star it's always clean air is very welcoming I highly recommend Starbucks.

It does what it's supposed to do but better! The staff is very friendly and attentive to every order, I have never received a bad or wrong order. They're quick so although there maybe a line some how they're able to get to everyone very quickly. Ioive this location because it's off the US 1 and it's very convenient with the drive-through. Cudos to the staff!
Ordered an iced white mocha with no whipped cream, caramel drizzle and vanilla sweet cream cold foam.
Upon receiving my coffee I noticed that there was no caramel drizzle so I kindly asked the barista to add it. He drizzled maybe 2 lines on top?
Then I realized they added whipped cream and not the vanilla sweet cold foam (It was not as creamy as the foam and it was clumpy like whipped cream) So again I kindly spoke to the barista and explained to her that there was whipped cream and she said “if it were whipped cream it’d be in a different cup” and I said well maybe it was a mistake? She goes on to say “they’re the same thing literally the same ingredients”. And I said it tasted just like whipped cream instead of my usual vanilla sweet cream cold foam and she went on to say “it’s the same thing”. At this point I walked away because I realized that nothing was going to be done and I didn’t want to escalate the situation.

It is about what you would expect. Nice, clean, and quick. The food tends to be not awesome towards the later afternoon. I was a big fan of their "grounds for gardens" program.
Parking: They have enough parking and a pleasant outdoor sitting area.
