The front desk staff taking orders are very bad. Her service attitude is very good, but she seems not to know what the guests are saying. I need to constantly emphasize what I want. Because of her lack of concentration, she caused trouble for other colleagues

I ordered a venti and it came almost empty. I pointed it out and was told “that’s how it comes.” On top of that, I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru, and the cup was handed to me all dirty and stained. Absolutely unacceptable service and presentation. Very disappointed.

I had such a great experience thanks to Jewel and Sean (I believe those were their names)! I had accidentally placed my order at the wrong Starbucks, but they were incredibly kind and understanding. Without hesitation, they helped me sort everything out and made sure I still got my drink. Their customer service was outstanding—super helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly. I visited this Starbucks and was really impressed by the excellent service. The cashier was friendly, kind, and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. The overall ambiance was calm, perfect for sitting down and enjoying a coffee at ease. However, one thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the presence of a homeless woman at the entrance with her belongings and even some cats. She was sitting on the café’s terrace, talking on the phone, which made the space feel slightly distracting. Despite this, the quality of service and the peaceful atmosphere make this Starbucks a great spot. I would definitely return for the great customer service.
I always order through uber to my job and Starbucks always seals everything so Ubers don’t have a chance to check order to make sure all is there and right therefore you assume your order is correct and Starbucks this one in specific forgot one of my drinks and did not do my drink as requested I am very disappointed that Starbucks being expensive as it is already and charges extra for certain things and it’s a shame they do not deliver with that was requested

Shannon at the drive thru today was extremely professional and had a big smile helped me with care and diligence ensuring my order was to my satisfaction all this while being friendly and fast truly enjoy this location on US1 between 144 & 152. Today I went thru the drive thru but when i usually get off the inside is always super clean it is a pleasure to sit and eat here. I so much this location it’s my favorite for all the mentioned reasons. Thank you Shannon for always taking care of us customers, I valued your excellent Sercices that you carry out with much professionalism. Again thank you.. Lazara Cruz Casanova a happy customer.
