Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I had such a great experience thanks to Jewel and Sean (I believe those were their names)! I had accidentally placed my order at the wrong Starbucks, but they were incredibly kind and understanding. Without hesitation, they helped me sort everything out and made sure I still got my drink. Their customer service was outstanding—super helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly.
