I gave all these 3 components 5 stars to the Starbucks because it’s the one I go to that’s closest to my class on campus, however, I was just there and I saw the one of the girls preparing my drink, I watched her carefully, and when she went to pour the milk after the syrup pumps, she poured iced because she ran out of milk, and then she put milk again, there might be not much argument here but putting too much milk took out the flavor my drink is expected to have, and the color which is not significant to some individuals changed as well, I am not disappointed but I work with food as well, I know the quality of a product is important to a costumer’s satisfaction.

The staff here is always very kind and patient to help me order if I want something new and never rush me. I like it here when I visit for my coffee and sweets.Dietary restrictions: I can get drinks that do not make me have high blood sugars.

This is the WORST Starbucks branch i have ever been to. I waited 40 minutes for a coffee and a cheese danish which they didn’t even bring. Don’t go there unless you have a lot of free time.

literally gave me CLUMPY white mocha the other day. i sent it back and they told me "oh yeah the white mocha syrup gets like that sometimes" like bestie, NO it doesn't, i literally work for a corporate starbucks location and that happens when you give out old expired product. ewwww.

I've been to a lot of Starbucks' and the employees at this location are by far my favorite. Angel is one of the longest standing employees and her customer service is honestly second to none. Diedra and Odalys and the rest of the staff there are always super efficient and welcoming to the students and employees. I think Starbucks is lucky to have such diligent workers and people that make customers want to keep going back. Love them! Also, another local guide posted something about the gold cards rewards. While it's true that you can't cash out any rewards at this location because it's owned by FIU, you can still make purchases with your card and rack up stars for use at any other non-university location, so it's not a complete loss. If the long lines are too much, you can always download the Tapingo app, order ahead, and skip the line. Hope that helps!
