I want to start with the fact that the MANGO building Starbucks is much better and the people are much nicer. At the GL, last year there was mold in the drinks. This year the women making your drinks are very rude and inconsiderate. Just this morning I made an online order through the app. I show up when the app tells me it’s ready and only my sandwich is there. I tell someone I’m missing my drink and they said it wasn’t ready yet. It was 15 minutes later and the store was empty minus 3 other patrons. I can’t get anyone else to help me because three other women would say they don’t speak English and would just walk away. It took over 30 minutes of my standing there to get my drink. When I finally got someone to make it for me, she refused to look at my drink order and she made it wrong twice, then got mad at me because I asked for it made right.

Great food and drinks, as well as a good atmosphere with kind employees, however recently I have been quite disappointed with the service at this specific Starbucks.
For what feels like months now, almost every time I have ordered a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino at this location they didn't have Vanilla Bean and I ended up choosing a different Frapp instead. It got even worse when - for a whole week - they took off the option to order Frapps on GrubHub completely and I ended up not going there that week. Yesterday I waited 45 minutes until one of the employees told me that they once again didn't have it, not to mention that I was now 15 minutes late to class, so I went with a different option like usual.
I wasn't offended to choose different Frapps and they were good of course, but something is seriously wrong with how the orders are handled there, as well as the inconsistent supply. I suggest ordering Starbucks from the other location on campus if you're not taking classes past 4 pm until they resolve this problem.

The staff that is currently there, especially on the coffee area always get my order wrong. Whether it's the size I asked for, or the drink in general. You can clearly see how they are not paying attention to their work and are just talking to each other and not demonstrating rightful work ethics. For example, I've witnessed one of them holding a drink already made and just talking with their other coworkers, with a literal customer waiting for their drink. Very disappointing!

My favorite drink at Starbucks in the Cronch Caramel Frappuccino. First time I bought in this establishment and it didn't taste like anything, I didn't taste the coffee, or the caramel, it didn't have the cronch, or the caramel syrup.

The wait was 4EVERRRRRRRR!!!! OMGOSHHHH, not even the airport starbucks take this long..... lol... I must say the cashier was very accomading though.. I made my order, forgot to ask for a particular milk, and even after the 4EVERRRRR wait he still stayed vigilant ANDDDD remembered to tell his team member to make the change when making my order, I was HONESTLY impressed.... also the location was a CHALLENGE to find using Google, I had to ask for additional assitance.

This Starbucks is always crowded. However the reason for my review it’s their hours or service. According to all websites including FIU and Starbucks the store is open until 5pm on Saturdays. The app allowed me to place an order and when I went to grab my drink the employee told me to cancel the order because they close at 3pm not 5pm. Once I asked the employee how to cancel he said he was not an expert of the Starbucks app to just call Starbucks themselves.. the lack of professionalism and costumer care is unbelievable in this place…

LARGE Starbucks with many tables, outlets, etc. Really love the layout, usual cool Starbucks atmosphere and food & beverage options and helpful service from Tatiana & Andrea. Visit this location! Parking is the only thing that MAY be an issue as the mall is undergoing construction/renovation however there are plenty of parking spaces on the opposite side of the mall if you don't mind walking a little. It was worth the short walk.
Ordered an extra large strawberry acai and they filled up a bit past the halfway mark on the cup. When I asked why, they said because they didn’t add ice. Didn’t know half the drink is ice and I’m paying for ice when I ordered a drink. Never had a Starbucks do this to me before, I suggest you guys improve customer service and the checking the servings you guys give. Won’t be returning, unless I get my other half.
