They are not the best, every time I come here they always make my drink wrong, I kept coming back having faith it might have just been a mistake but each time i just get more and more disappointed they never do it right. Some of the workers look a little lost too, one of the cashiers stares at me confused when im explaining my order and looks at me like if I am speaking another language. Honestly very disappointed!!

This starbucks actually kind of sucks.They make my drink wrong every single time. I went today to get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra vanilla sweet cream and not only did it not taste right, the sweet cream was lumpy. I swallowed a decent sized lump that was definitely not ice because it was mushy. I keep going back thinking it’s just accidents but I am so fed up with wanting to treat myself and then being thoroughly disappointed.

The hours say open at 7:30am and the girl working this morning said you open at 8am as a student who has never been turned away as a customer before here and have come at 7:30am this is absurd! Change the hours online or change the employees

I spent 7.50 on a drink that i added cold foam and all i got was burnt expresso save ur money just go to starbucks outside of campus they make the drinks wrong and it’s too expensive to do that .

Recently, I’ve really wanted to come here for work. The atmosphere is amazing, even though it’s usually crowded. My favorite drink here is the Landon fog—I’m not sure why, but the coffee just doesn’t stand out as much.

The worst service at this Starbucks. I placed my order through the app to save time, but first, one of the employees was on her phone during work hours and as a result, she attended to me with a bad attitude. I ordered the same item I always get at other locations, and I’ve never been given a drink that was nearly half-empty. On top of that, I paid an extra dollar for it. Terrible service.

This starbucks is okay, but their drink delivery system is AWFUL.
My drinks have been stolen at least 5-10 times, and everytime I ask for it to be remade they look at me like it's my fault. They have people standing there screaming names- but need some way to verify mobile drink orders. The theft has gotten out of hand!!

Additionally, If someone orders online or even in store, and after the transaction is completed and they find out the product is out of stock- they never say anything and just wait for you to ask them and complain. Like you weren't going to tell me my order can't be made and just make me waste time and wait????

Most of the time they get the order wrong. How do you not know how to read labels? The first time I got my order wrong, it was a simple mistake, they didn’t put cold foam even though I PAID for it. So i gave it back. The cuban lady there rolled her eyes at me, and in my face put whipped cream in my drink. Whatever, I walked away. Next, I got a Brown OATMILK (key work here) shaken expression, and you’ll never guess with what milk they made it… I got whole milk. I won’t even begin to explain how bad it tasted. I returned it, same cuban lady had made it. She rolled her eyes at me again. Then remade it. Then, since then, it’s either wrong, or right. I always modify my order online, but I don’t think they read the modifications. I change to a double shot every time, and they always just end up giving me a triple. I have to end up throwing it away because I can’t drink that much coffee. They need to learn how to read the labels when they get mobile orders. They’re the only place that ever gets my order wrong.

Worst branch of Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Longest serving time even when few customers are there. The staff are rude and lazy, unable to communicate and make mistakes when taking orders. To fathom their level of laziness, think of this situation that happened to me: “after warming up my sandwich, instead of brining it to me immediately, an employee waited for 20 minutes to warm up 10 more items for other customers and then brought me my food.”

They take 20 minutes just to warm up something and the drinks are awful lol. I’ve gone to other locations obviously but this one outdid themselves with how bad it comes out. Save the $10 for a different location or drink water because this isn’t good.

I want to start with the fact that the MANGO building Starbucks is much better and the people are much nicer. At the GL, last year there was mold in the drinks. This year the women making your drinks are very rude and inconsiderate. Just this morning I made an online order through the app. I show up when the app tells me it’s ready and only my sandwich is there. I tell someone I’m missing my drink and they said it wasn’t ready yet. It was 15 minutes later and the store was empty minus 3 other patrons. I can’t get anyone else to help me because three other women would say they don’t speak English and would just walk away. It took over 30 minutes of my standing there to get my drink. When I finally got someone to make it for me, she refused to look at my drink order and she made it wrong twice, then got mad at me because I asked for it made right.
