The wait was 4EVERRRRRRRR!!!! OMGOSHHHH, not even the airport starbucks take this long..... lol... I must say the cashier was very accomading though.. I made my order, forgot to ask for a particular milk, and even after the 4EVERRRRR wait he still stayed vigilant ANDDDD remembered to tell his team member to make the change when making my order, I was HONESTLY impressed.... also the location was a CHALLENGE to find using Google, I had to ask for additional assitance.

This Starbucks is always crowded. However the reason for my review it’s their hours or service. According to all websites including FIU and Starbucks the store is open until 5pm on Saturdays. The app allowed me to place an order and when I went to grab my drink the employee told me to cancel the order because they close at 3pm not 5pm. Once I asked the employee how to cancel he said he was not an expert of the Starbucks app to just call Starbucks themselves.. the lack of professionalism and costumer care is unbelievable in this place…

LARGE Starbucks with many tables, outlets, etc. Really love the layout, usual cool Starbucks atmosphere and food & beverage options and helpful service from Tatiana & Andrea. Visit this location! Parking is the only thing that MAY be an issue as the mall is undergoing construction/renovation however there are plenty of parking spaces on the opposite side of the mall if you don't mind walking a little. It was worth the short walk.

Ordered an extra large strawberry acai and they filled up a bit past the halfway mark on the cup. When I asked why, they said because they didn’t add ice. Didn’t know half the drink is ice and I’m paying for ice when I ordered a drink. Never had a Starbucks do this to me before, I suggest you guys improve customer service and the checking the servings you guys give. Won’t be returning, unless I get my other half.

When I first wake up in the morning there’s only one thing I desire, a morning cup of fresh delightful Starbucks coffee, I’m greeted with a smile by the employees there, they meet my gaze and ask me what size, Venti I say, yes with extra whipped cream, the staff there oh the staff, they are some of the best baristas in the state let me assure you, and the way they brew is unlike any other Starbucks I’ve gone to, but it doesn’t just stop there, the employee who yells orders there does so in a perfectly clear and amplified voice, making sure no one’s name goes unheard. The coffee there is brewed to a perfection, a delicious mixture of sweetness and bitterness made with hard work, and topped with just a bit of love, I’d highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great way to get themselves energized in the morning, the lines may be long, but they are well worth it, like the lines to the gates of heaven or the lines to ride space mountain for the first time, the experience I had today was truly magical, just go you won’t regret it, and that…that’s only the beginning
The coffee they make here is on point with all the other Starbucks! But... it takes them 12 minutes to heat up 1 cookie. I went up to the cashier and asked why does it take 12 minutes to heat up a cookie. She gave a nasty attitude gave me the cookie and still didn't give me the other lemon loaf that I ordered told her I was still missing it and grabbed and gave me it. Sorry but it really should not take more than 5 minutes to heat up a cookie, 12 is too much.

They are late 16 min ! Every one finished and I am still there waiting my coffee Plus they did the wrong order twice ! Very disappointed I late to my class I the professor say my name and I am absent.
