Always have my order right
Atmosphere it was amazing I had two interviews to get hire unfortunately they didn’t took me but it is a great Starbucks where the vibe as a professional barista from SCA I recommend is very nice go to this Starbucks
I used to love the atmosphere here and I would come here to study almost every single day and I would spend money every single day often multiple times throughout the day. I always get a large and I take the Starbucks personal cup which doesn’t hold a large cold coffee. I always ask them to put the extra coffee that doesn’t fit into a seperate cup with ice since the personal only holds 20 oz. I keep paying for a large and receiving a small unless & only if Maria is there… otherwise I NEVER get what I paid for. I’m officially over it and will no longer be spending my money at Starbucks at all because I’ve already brought this to their attention two days in a row and after being patient for a while today had the same exact issue.. again… as always. I’m tired of speaking on the same thing. Aside from the fact they pretty much never give me my rewards for using my personal cup even though I ask them to mark make sure they mark it every single time. I’ve been more than nice about everything and even was lied to and given an attitude by the kid with the eyebrow ring who told me it was only a 4 ounce difference and instead of offering the rest of the coffee I paid for he said he’ll give me more cold foam, he also lied when I asked him if he marked the personal cup for the rewards which I kept asking him to sure to put when I was at the register and then again after I paid because I checked the app and saw it wasn’t marked and he told me it was. So again no rewards and paying for a large but receiving a small. The only person who seems competent at this point is the very professional lady named Maria whom I assume is a manager. I shouldn’t be wasting money every single day and only getting what I paid for and actually receiving my rewards when she’s there at the register, especially considering she’s not there all day every, single day. I spend way too much money here, way too often to have these issues daily. I’m officially over Starbucks and having this same issue. I will no longer be spending any more money at any location at all because unfortunately this isn’t the only location I’ve had this issue with, just the one I frequent the most currently. At this point I feel tried and I feel taken advantage of for being kind about it all and i don’t think it’s fair especially for someone who spends money at the business pretty much everyday single day if not multiple times a day. For how overpriced everything is I should at bare minimum be receiving what I paid for. There’s obviously needs to be better training, especially since the kid with the bad attitude making the drinks doesn’t even know the difference in how much each size drink holds, and yet he’s just pouring whatever he feels like despite what you paid for.
I was having issues with the app. I let them know so they were making me feel like if I was bothering them every time I also come here. The drinks are not up to the standard quality due to inconsistency in the recipe
This Starbucks is in a convenient location with plenty of seating inside and a nice outdoor patio. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming. However, service can be hit or miss—sometimes fast and efficient, other times slow, especially during school rush hours. Drinks are usually good but can be inconsistent depending on the day. A decent spot to grab coffee or get some work done, but don’t expect perfection every visit.

The staff in this store is what makes this Starbucks my preferred destination. I will tell you that even though they are not the cheapest cup of coffee in town, their service is second to none. Every morning that I do order a coffee here, I am greeted by a sea of people, who actually call me out by name. I would recruit them a heartbeat. Starbucks this is the type of staff you should strive to have in all your locations. Shame on me for not remembering their names, but kudos to this team!!!
Awesome, I didn’t have to wait and the staff is super pleasant. Mad props to Luis, the best barista master that served me.

Went in to Starbucks, had to use the restroom badly. I asked for the code to the bathroom door and was told that I had to order something first before I could be given the code to use the restroom. Terrible service. A lady next to me was very upset about something as well. Seems like the service is overall awful.

Besides how costly it can be, the service is sometimes fast and the quality of service can shift by the team dynamic behind the counter. Most of the times, it doesn't affect the beverage order of choice
I come to this starbucks regularly since I work super nearby, but the past few experiences haven’t been great. I typically order through the mobile app and head over once it says my order is almost ready. But for the past 3 times, I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes by the mobile pickup area. I understand that customer service jobs can get busy as I’ve worked in them myself, so I try to be patient. I waited about 15 minutes before I asked about my order, but it still took much longer to receive it. What frustrates me is that no one checked in with me, even after standing there for over 5 minutes. A simple “hey, are you waiting on something?” would go a lonnnnnnnnggggg way. I In my opinion customer service is more than just greeting customers. No offense but as an employee, you have to make sure the customer is being taken care of, period. My drinks were fresh but my food was cold on two occasions. And with what seemed to be about 8 employees working, it didn’t make sense that nearly all of them were focused solely on the drive-thru while mobile orders were neglected. Honestly this location has consistently missed the mark, which sucks but after multiple frustrating experiences, I will not be returning.
