Let me begin by saying that I was here visiting, meaning I'm not from the area. My niece and I decided to visit this establishment. I would like to say that the place was very clean and had a catchy vibe to it. When we approached the counter to place our order we made it know that we were Starbucks virgins. Anyhow, being a fan of Tik Tok I provided a screenshot of the drink I wanted to try, which had the ingredients of the drink listed as well. The barista asked could he take our phone so that he could make sure our drinks were correct. Well...there wasn't any caramel available so the barista told us that they had a caramel syrup in which we agreed he could use as a replacement. So here we are waiting patiently listening to music and very excited about our drinks and ready Tik Tok about our "First Time". When we received our drinks and read the ingredients it wasn't what we ordered at all. Remember we handed the barista my phone so that he could read the ingredients. We let the barista know that this isn't the same that's written on the screenshot and remind you there was also a picture of the drink as well. The barista then went and grabbed the supervisor. The supervisor came over we showed her what we wanted and what we actually received and she had the nerves to say, "He's new and there's nothing we can do about it". All I could do is stand there with my mouth open saying WOW. I will no longer try Starbucks again!

They need to expand more the local too small to serve all customers. Should also place more outside sitting will help.as well. Service good fast

I love the green tea and vanilla frappuccino. I also love the bacon and egg bites. Starbucks is always full. You can enjoy the free wifi.
This starbucks is located right next to the cinema complex in The Falls shopping mall in Pinecrest. Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. So we all know the products, blah, blah, blah. This store is very small so there is no seating inside and is not really catered "for people to work / study on their lap tops". There are seats and tables located at the front which is outside - but I would say they are used more for people meeting people and having a quick coffee to go (as we did). Also to be noted there is quite a wait sometimes.

Truly what can you say about Starbucks that hasn't been said already. Cool thing about this Starbucks is that it's in the mall and right across from the performance stage as well. Have a cup of coffee, take us some live music (if they are playing) and relax after a day at the mall. During the holidays they have some nice kiddie train rides and such for the kids in the open area directly across as well. Be safe and enjoy!
