As of November 2025 this location has removed all of their seating. There is NONE. The employee told me this was done at their most-recent renovation, which is why older photos show seats.

I have been very underwhelmed by Starbucks in general over the last 7 or 8 years, so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this downtown location and it was SPOTLESS, fast and the people who work there are VERY friendly and polite. I don't know if it's this one location or maybe Starbucks is actually trying again.

I love this location ! The staff is hard working and kind! My drinks are always made right and the wait times even during rush is reasonable. People need to stop coming in demanding speedy gonzalez service during high traffic times on a less than 5 min break and then getting mad at the staff. Be for real.

Take for ever with orders. See workers stand around walk pass orders and just A HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO ON A BREAK . I really recommend one on Biscayne or ANY OTHER ONE !!!! EVERYONE AT MY JOB COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS STORE AND WORKERS

I’d been coming every day for 9 years and at this point Starbucks corporate needs to shut down the entire store. It doesn’t operate AT ALL. It isn’t dependable or useful. Just shut it down entirely at this point

I work in this area over 28yrs and I never ever hear you have to purchase any thing for a glass of water. We are in MIAMI FLORIDA. DON'T KNOW A PERSON MEDICAL CONDITION. AND TO refuse to serve a customer a glass of water is VERY SAD. DON'T SEEING BUSINESS LASTING LONG

Went to Starbucks on my birthday to get a free drink, but was told it’s only available for members — fair enough. I then asked for a simple glass of water because it was hot outside. Shockingly, they refused, saying water is only provided with a purchase. Refusing to give someone water, especially on a hot day and on their birthday, shows a serious lack of basic customer care. Will never br back
