Francis was so sweet. I came to order and had a ton of loose supplies in my hand and she kindly offered me a large bag to hold my things in.That is the epitome of going above and beyond.And thoughtfulness in customer service truly was appreciated.
I have been very underwhelmed by Starbucks in general over the last 7 or 8 years, so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this downtown location and it was SPOTLESS, fast and the people who work there are VERY friendly and polite. I don't know if it's this one location or maybe Starbucks is actually trying again.
I love this location ! The staff is hard working and kind! My drinks are always made right and the wait times even during rush is reasonable. People need to stop coming in demanding speedy gonzalez service during high traffic times on a less than 5 min break and then getting mad at the staff. Be for real.
