I’m not sure what’s happening to this location but it’s not good. The drive-through line I just got out of was 20 to 30 minutes. I am not exaggerating. Then I asked for a salted caramel cold brew with a splash of almond milk. I basically got almond milk with hardly any coffee or sweet cream on the top. So not only did I wait 20 minutes, I got the worst made coffee I think I’ve ever had. Actually you can’t even call it Coffee. Might need to find a new location.
Waiting in the drive through behind 4 cars for 15 minutes should be illegal…absolutely no sense of urgency lmao
Horrific customer service. After waiting in an extremely long drive-thru line, I began my order by clearly stating, “I have a reward.” Despite this, the cashier immediately asked how I wanted to pay the balance. I clarified again, saying, “Oh, what is it? Because I have a reward”—especially since I only ordered one drink.
Rather than acknowledging what I said, the cashier rolled her eyes, mimicked me in a condescending tone, and responded, “Well, you didn’t say anything,” as if I were a child. I had already mentioned my reward multiple times, but beyond that, the attack and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable.
She then handed me my drink without a single word. No “thank you,” no apology, no basic courtesy. As someone who frequents this location almost daily, I was genuinely disappointed and disheartened by the interaction. This is not the standard of service I expect from Starbucks.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Customers should never be made to feel dismissed or disrespected, especially by staff who represent a brand built on customer experience.
Always 5 stars

Unhappy with the service here. Always unpleasant interactions. Never a greeting hello or a you’re welcome or a good bye. I ordered my usual grande in a venti with extra cold foam and received a snarky attitude from a female barista in a ridiculous ski hat. Customer services is not a priority here.
I want to say Thank You to Bari.
And I feel it’s my duty as someone who use to work for Starbucks and now I’m a server bar tender at another restaurant. And I use to work for The Kendall Drive Bakery Location and I use to work for this very same drive through during the pandemic when you guys where understaffed and asked me if I wanted to help out.
I got sent home from work and did a mobile order, cause I had to file a police report on a guy who got out of his car and called me a immigrant ( also being Hispanic) and punched my car and tried to intimidate me. And that built up anxiety and sadness none of my food from last night or this morning digested properly I felt heavy dizzy nausea and bad. So even coming here to make myself feel better before I go home after crying in front of a manager. Even debating with my manager about a guest that complained but had everything they wanted it only took long because they wanted to occupy a seat that was already taken.
Bari really recognized me and kinda forced me out my shell by saying hi even when I was trying to just walk in with anxiety and dip.
But typing this now I teared up cause it was just so refreshing after even sometimes trying to get to the Starbucks parking lot and running the stop signs and trying to deem you a idiot could be stressful probably for even you guys getting to work.
Thank you sometimes a simple hi and human kindness can brighten someone’s day.
As a server myself at a high class restaurant her awareness, memorization of my order, her smile, her effort was amazing.
Thank you.
Extremely surprised 😮 !!! I’m a regular customer of this Starbucks and yesterday 2/10/25 went to only get a cup of water and I was told that the new policy is to be a customer in order to get a cup of water ! I needed to buy any type of drink or pastry to be able to have a cup of water !! Wow I was completely in shock 😱!! A simple cup of water !!! Really 😪 that is sad of such of not nice acción with your customers !!!
Me and my daughter, sat on the booth watching the workers use no gloves, touch their face and hair and prepare and touch food without washing
hands. This is not hygienic and does not meet Serv safe standards.
The coffee is usually the best compared with other Starbucks in the area. Drive-thru is quick and convenient.
