This place is great. Everyone is so friendly, the employees always want to help you, and the service is so good and quick. I enjoy coming to this location because of how quick and efficient everyone is. I find it clean also. The drive thru is also good, as it doesn’t take long compared to other locations.

I went this morning(Sunday December 6, 2025) around 10:08 AM and left the drive-through at 11:02 AM. It was just ridiculous. The amount of time I spent in that line was absurd! I was late to work and I couldn’t do anything because I had cars in front of me and cars behind me… and on top of the wait, my order was incorrect…never again!

My only complaint is the curb in the drive thru, the space is so narrow that if you don’t take EXTREME caution you will absolutely scratch your car’s rims
They need more people lines are long and they don’t move I was in line for 10 min

The service in this location is EXCEPTIONAL. Sef and Bri went above and beyond for my birthday 🥰🥰🥰 not the first time to receive excellent service and I know it will not be the last☺️☺️☺️

The staff and especially the manager at this store are amazing and honest. For some reason UPS decided to deliver a package containing a large quantity of Starbucks to this local store because they opened it when the information was corrupted on the shipping label to this local Starbucks. The store manager Kayla was AMAZING -she got this random issue dropped on her by UPS but put on her detective hat and figured out who they belonged to and reached out. She left a personal cell and by the time I got the call she was off at home taking care of her family but she STILL cared enough to take my call. She is going to ship those cards for us to the intended recipient. This is so far beyond the call of duty my mind is blown. I am based out of Los Angeles but I hope all of you in the Miami visit the area and support this store with caring and amazing staff!
I went to get my order that I placed through the app, to pick up at the drive-thru window, when I placed my order and it was my turn, the girl who served me spoke to me rudely that I should have announced, when it isn't my first time, and the app announces that your order is ready, my drink due to her rude attitude when I shook it rudely, her top came off, and she sent it to someone else, and I told the girl that I thought she had a rude attitude, the girl justified her by saying that I should announce myself that she already knew it for the next time, in other words, someone pays for good service to be treated poorly? I don't think so, I work with the public and I know how hard it can be, however we should have empathy and if it is difficult for us to do so, know that this is not your place. If there was a zero option, that is the one I would give. I want to state that it happened today, August 9, 2025, at approximately 10:30 a.m.

The quality of drinks has gone down. My drinks never taste the same. My husband gets iced coffee with vanilla syrup and it never tastes the same. Don’t understand that. This morning my Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso was horrible. It was a waste of money because it tasted so disgusting. We go here at least once a week but may have to start going somewhere else as I am tired of paying for overpriced coffee and not being happy with it.

I’ve been a regular customer at La Estancia Argentina in Aventura, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back. I requested a table in the back because I had an important video call and needed a quiet spot. The entire area was EMPTY — not a single table occupied — yet the staff was rude and completely unwilling to accommodate.
The two waitresses were disrespectful and had awful attitudes, but the worst of all was the manager, Vero. Knowing I’m a frequent client, instead of trying to help with a simple request, she was arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. Zero empathy. Zero professionalism. That’s how you lose loyal customers.
On top of that, the place is insanely overpriced. They charge nearly $20 for a tiny plate of bread crumbs. Ridiculous.
Terrible attitude, terrible service, and prices that make absolutely no sense. This place is not worth your time or money. There are way better restaurants in Miami that will treat you with respect and not charge you like you’re dining at a five-star hotel.
