While it doesn’t have a drive-thru, the walk-in and sit-down options provide a cozy atmosphere to enjoy your favorite coffee or grab a quick snack between errands.
One thing that really stood out to me was the impressive variety of plant-based, vegetarian, and vegan options on the menu. It’s clear Starbucks is making a strong effort to cater to diverse dietary preferences, which is fantastic for anyone looking for thoughtful, inclusive choices.

App and delivery orders are always late. I understand morning is busy time but over 25 minute wait for pick up order is a little much. Other delivery driver was waiting even longer, he was there when I came and still there when I left. Also it’s not the first time I had to wait this long in this location. Employees were polite and overwhelmed with morning rush. Seems like scheduling issue or understaffed. Better order inside in this location. Do not recommend ordering delivery.

I ordered a Chestnut Praline Frapuccino via DoorDash and I didnt receive my free red holiday cup , also the beverage came without straw.

Last week, I ordered online, and I went to pick it up. They took a lot of time to make it, because they were messing around the kitchen, joking, and talking the whole time. Like 5 clients were waiting for them. Three employees helped to make my drink, and nobody knew what the other did, so I guess that’s why it tasted so bad. When I tried it, it was disgusting. It didn’t taste like milk, coffee, or chocolate. It tasted horrible. I don’t recommend the drinks or the service at this Starbucks. Spent $7 on a coffee that tasted like stagnant water.

Walked in to a few employees having social hour. Cashier was very short. The same cashier started the drinks then passed them to another employee to answer a personal phone call behind the counter in front of everyone. Been coming here for a while so I wasn’t familiar with this bad service.
No sense of urgency!! 3 heads to make a cup of coffee and it’s not even done correctly. Extremely unacceptable for the prices.

This location in the morning does not know how to make matchas!! They make them sooo milk based, I purposely go to a different location just because of this. Even when I ask for an extra scoop of matcha powder, it’s terrible.

Coffee came out delicious. the only reason it's missing one star is cause the Barista wasn't very happy. it's not really my fault that she was working on a holiday. she made one of the coffees a frappe instead of cappuccino and i had to ask her to remake it and she wasn't really nice about it. if it would have been another day this starbucks would have gotten less stars but since it isssss a holiday and the coffee was still yummy, they get 4. I prefer the starbucks on bird road. they are nicer people
