this is one of the most rudest Starbucks I've ever been to. They made my caramel ribbon crunch with caramel or crunch. Being in a hurry, I left without saying anything. Other times without syrup, I have had a few encounters with this place and just stopped going once again. This is my experience with Starbucks. I hope yours are better.
After calling several other locations, this one not only had what I was looking for, they held the amount I needed until I was able to pick them up. The staff was very friendly and professional.

the only reason it's missing one star is cause the Barista wasn't very happy. it's not really my fault that she was working on a holiday. she made one of the coffees a frappe instead of cappuccino and i had to ask her to remake it and she wasn't really nice about it. if it would have been another day this starbucks would have gotten less stars but since it isssss a holiday and the coffee was still yummy, they get 4.
