Starbucks is a globally recognized coffeehouse chain known for its consistent quality and wide variety of coffee and espresso drinks. The cozy ambiance and free Wi-Fi make it a popular spot for both casual meetups and work sessions. Besides coffee, they offer teas, pastries, and light snacks. The staff are usually friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming environment. Whether you want a classic latte, a seasonal specialty, or a quick caffeine boost, Starbucks provides a reliable and comfortable experience.

Great store at target Pinecrest, waited for half an hour to get a single coffee, the girl alone taking on line orders and walking in, definitely needs more help, very frustrating to pick up an order and do shopping here

Not sure if the barista was having a bad morning but she was rude and dismissive. My chai latte was not good at all and the breakfast sandwich I ordered was burned. I asked her if she could please give me some napkins, she said she didn’t have any, I asked her if she could please give me a piece of the roll of paper she had in front of her and she told me to go ask customer service and if they said they didn’t have to come back and she will give me some. Please make it make sense.

Leaving 5 stars FOR and ONLY for the girl that’s named marcaella I think that’s how you spell it, sorry if that’s wrong, (the darkskin lady, respectfully.) she was super nice, hard working, and gave me the best service ever. GIVE HER A RAISE AND ILL COME BACK EVERYDAY!!! (no this isn’t a fake review nor was I asked to post this. I came in today April 9 around 12:15). 😊😊
Nicole and myrka They gave us dirty looks and terrible service when we tried to order there. The place wasn't even full, and they were getting ready to close an hour early.
Starbucks inside target
I recently watched an interview where Howard Schultz blamed the app for the problems Starbucks is facing, particularly the lack of personal interaction. I completely disagree. The real issue lies with the people they’re hiring—individuals with no interest in engaging with customers, who don’t even make eye contact. They’re merely dispatchers.
Today is my birthday, so I went to Starbucks to redeem my birthday drink. I spend good money there, so I like to take advantage of these benefits. However, I recently moved to the U.S. and hadn’t fully set up my app, so my birthday drink didn’t appear on their POS system, which was fine. I asked the barista about the drink, and she said, "Well, it’s not popping up," and asked if it was my birthday. I confirmed, and she looked at me and said, "Well, it’s not showing anything. Your total is [amount]." I paid and waited for my drink.
The point is, sometimes it’s not about the free drink—it’s about the experience. It’s my birthday; at the very least, she could have faked a smile and said "Happy Birthday." It’s not that hard—or maybe it is these days, I don’t know. I worked at Starbucks many years ago and remember how important it was to connect with people. We genuinely cared about our customers. The app wasn’t even a thing back then, but if someone came in for their birthday drink, I would definitely have made the effort to say "Happy Birthday."
So, dear Howard, the problem isn’t the app; it’s the lack of genuine customer experience.

Terrible, I didn't know that because it was a Starbucks. In a target store they charge you twice as much as they charged me the price of a medium for the value of a benti that is horrible I will never buy

Service, terrible, but probably was the cashier, they are really busy with the drive through, so service inside for them doesn't really matter. This is normal after covid.

Once again this location sold their exclusive Stanley's before the launch and had a line outside waiting for nothing. No other locations had this issue and everybody that waited in line missed out because they couldn't read a simple release date. Even the Starbucks employee smiled and laughed when we asked what happened.

We all have days! And I hope this what happened to this Cashier that helped me today. Her names is Daisy. I guess she also was tired. As I was trying to order, she started hitting a sharpie marker against the counter. I do not understand what make her get upset and have such a bad attitude to the point that I had to call her out! Maybe that I was we two kids and they were deciding? Then, when I asked to grin my bag of coffee that I had previously bought was even worst. There she was asking me for a receipt when the bag is from Starbucks! I am a frequent Starbucks customer and I have had only two bad services since then…. But Daisy won by a lot!

The cashier named mikayla was so rude, very nasty attitude! Her facial expressions were so unpleasant, I understand work is not fun but that doesn’t mean customers have to experience such negative attitude! (She was also rude to her coworker Gillian)

Good service, personnel willing to assist. Atmosphere not too good as place is in a Dept. Store and there is a lot of noise.
Parking: Volume of customers don't leave many parking spaces available near entrance.
