There are only 2 employees, takes forever. Another day there are 5 employees, same amount of costumers. Still takes forever. Slowest Starbucks ever

I recently visited this Starbucks and had a disappointing experience. I asked for a cup of water and permission to use the restroom. The employee refused, saying that water and restrooms are only available to paying customers. I showed him my Starbucks app with my purchase history — I’m a regular and frequent customer — I showed him my app, which clearly shows how many times I’ve purchased at Starbucks, even earlier at another store the same morning and even showed him a photo of my daughter who works at Starbucks. Only then did he reluctantly agree to give me the water.
Overall, I felt unwelcome and judged despite being a loyal customer. I hope Starbucks improves how their staff treat frequent customers who simply need water or to use the restroom.

This Starbucks has become my go-to spot simply because it’s the most accessible for me, and every time I visit, it reminds me why I keep coming back. There’s plenty of space for people to work comfortably with their laptops, and the ambiance is always calm, inviting and ideal for focusing.
What truly makes this location stand out is the staff. They’re consistently friendly, smiling and genuinely welcoming. They’re young, fun and bring a great energy to the place. On Halloween they even wore costumes, which made the whole environment feel even warmer and more alive. You can tell they care about creating a positive experience for customers.
As always, the food and coffee are great. Good quality, consistent and comforting. Highly recommend this location if you want a cozy, spacious Starbucks with a team that makes you feel right at home.

So I walked in and didn't no one said anything me then the tall chick with curly hair bypass me to help her friend that just walked in. Amanda was nice but this establishment needs better customer service.

After getting coffee here this morning i came to do some work and i kindly asked someone named Ashely for a cup a water. She very rudely dined me water. This is why Miami has such a bad rep because of people so cold hearted as Ashley. Do not come to this Starbucks. Go to the new one in Town and Country.
Everything was fine.

We spent there a few hours in the morning working, coffee was ready fast and baristas were nice. It was peaceful and it is spacious for small meetings while having needed morning coffee.

The service is terrible here. Nothing but kids with no sense of customer service working.

Everybody is pleasant. Quiet place to sit inside or out.
Omg I had to leave a message because this is arguably one of the best drinks a barista has ever made😭 The girl had a neon shirt, glasses and braids, she ate down this is so good
Cynthia at this location was great. I forgot to mention iced on my coffee and she gladly remade it, thank you Cynthia!
always purchase here , but today my two cups were almost empty , two fingers of foam and pay 11 dollar for almost two empty cups
