Food is good, atmosphere is great, but manager has no customer skills. Has a share holder with Starbucks, Iām very disappointed on the managers disrespect he caused me. This is letās me worried about how he could cause problem with my shares on his lack of customer skills. I think itās time to hire a new manager to bring a manager that really appreciates its job. That is willing to show good cx skills to bring in more cx. Do to the cause that he didnāt say canāt I help you in a Polite matter, he said I canāt answer to a name you need to show me more in loud rude tone of voice. Please advice to send this to c.e.o of Starbucks.

I had the worst experience ever at this Starbucks. I placed my order online, and when I arrived, the store was completely empty. After waiting for about 10 minutes for my coffee, the manager approached me and told me I needed to order something to use a tableādespite the fact that I had already placed and paid for my order.
This was incredibly frustrating, especially since Starbucks promotes itself as a place where people can work or study while enjoying their coffee. The store wasnāt busy at all, so there was no reason for this unnecessary policy enforcement. Extremely disappointing customer service and a complete contradiction of what Starbucks stands for.

It was okay, the guy was very happy and well spirited. BUT if youāre looking to buy Starbucks COFFEE this is not a place for you. Went in tdy to get the brown sugar shaken espresso, told me āno brown sugarā my sister wanted a Carmel frap āwe have no coffeeā ?!?!?!?!??! What???!?!? Then I say okay let me just have a ham and cheese croissant, hand him a 50 āno changeā another woman had gotten the dragon drink and they did not have the fruit pieces. Maybe you guys would have change if you actually had whatās on ur menu. Never been to a Starbucks that was so empty on supplies, COFFEE at the least Starbucks should always have.

I love that wherever there's a Chipotle there's always a Starbucks next to it. And the girls here in the afternoon during my lunch break was really nice brought my coffee out and let me even eat my Chipotle food outside good customer service Good Vibes good energy love it
Starbucks really canāt be bothered anymore. No stoppers and no sleeves (the coffees were hot as all hell too); okay the stopper is not that big of an issue but the no sleeve seems to be a recurring trend around all stores. This review is mostly on the Starbucks and less the employees. Dani the cashier at the time was great and super friendly. Her coworker was also fantastic, he was cranking out drinks like a factory. Needless to say their service was fantastic.

According to the manager, outside in the hallway you cannot smoke, that is, if you are going to consume and sit outside you cannot smoke, there is no cover that by law has to have it that says no smoking so that smokers are not going to consume
