I was treated very nasty by the manager at the drive thru. Refusing service after employee gave me a receipt and I put it back on her side of the counter. I was asked to leave, saying I threw the receipt back at the employee, something that’s not true.
I asked for my refund and she continued her nasty behavior.
Starbucks leadership at Ludham/Bird location should really evaluate who they are hiring.
No one should have to experience this again

I visited this location two days ago and ordered a chocolate cream protein cold brew and an everything bagel. I was surprised to see an additional charge of $1.24 for cream cheese. Since when is cream cheese an extra charge? If I’m ordering a bagel, cream cheese has always been included, and I have never been charged for it before. This policy makes no sense, and I’m very disappointed by the change.

0 IS THE LOWEST THIS LOCATION AND THE PEOPLE WORK THERE DESERVE I ORDE TWO DRINKS TIDAY ,STRAWBERRY ACAI LEMONATE AND A LATTE PLUS TWO CUPS OF WATER the women work there was very RUDE and unprefessional , THEY TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES FOR THE TWO DRINKS THEN I REMIND THE WOMEN THAT ALSO WE ASK FOR TWO CUPS OF WATER THEN SHE SAID WE ARE BUSSY CAN YOU WAIT AND I DAY YES NO PROBLEM , THEN 15 MINUTES PAST AND I ASK HER AGAIN BECAUSE I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE FOR THE WATER SHE LAUGH AND SHE SAID KEEP WAITNG THEN I GOT UPSET AND I SAID I HAVE TO GO CAN I HAVE THE WATERS PLEASE SHE LAUGH AND OTHER EMPLOYEER PAST ME THE WATERS AND THE OTHER EMPLOYEER WAS LAUGHFING AND VERY RUDE As a company you should not have this type of people working there .SHE ALWAYS WAS ACTING AGRESSIVE ASWELL OTHER CUSTUMER WERE TREAT THE SAME . AND THE PLACE WAS NIT CLEAN GARBAGE WAS FULL . COUNTERS DURITY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE . COMPANY NEED TO DO SONETHING WITH THIS LOCATION MAY BE CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT OR SoMETHING .

Same issue with this Starbucks in particular. Costumer service sucks. I just left with a dragon fruit drink that had two pieces of dragon fruit in it. Went inside to speak with the customer service and they had an attitude as always!!!! Always mad or not paying attention to their customers. Is normal that a dragon fruit drink had only 2 pieces of dragon fruit in it?? It’s a VENTI mind you. I’m just annoyed by the fact that the lady that I spoke to had the audacity to tell me that I was mean!!!! I just asked if it was normal that only 2 pieces of dragon fruit where on my drink that’s it.

No wonder they’re losing customers I’ve never seen a branch that is so badly educated.
I asked for a brown sugar light ice
I specifically said it twice I want a brown sugar light light light ice.

Not only did I see them making it The ice was filled all the way to the top There was no space to put the almond milk

Then, when she called my name, I asked is this mine? I asked you for light light ice then she went ahead and she took the drink and she just slammed it against the sink not very well educated to being a server for such a big corporate company.
Think she proceeded to doing it again and this time she was doing it again, but plenty of ice. I replied to her again please do not put so much ice then the lady that took my order she came and said the ice is necessary otherwise when she starts shaking it, it’s going to explode ha ha ha then I said don’t shake it. Then she proceeded as a liberal that you can tell that she was or is whatever you wanna call her that she was not gonna do it my way, but I was requesting then I said then let me have my refund and she did with no hesitation rudeness like there was no tomorrow as if I needed her. There’s other Starbucks around and other brands that make the same thing and maybe even better Starbucks has lost quality

I’ve been here several times in the past so set up a meeting with a potential customer - I won’t do that again. The place looks like a dump, it is not being kept up. The bathroom was dirty, the employees area is dirty, the tables are all dirty, sand even a homeless person has a corner table set aside for him/her, not there now but would not come to that table at all.

They offer hot chocolate but they don't have unflavored chocolate... bad answer, I don't think Starbucks has this kind of problem, the service is decaying

Service is extremely slow. Nothing like I’ve ever seen at Starbucks. There was no customers yet all three employees took 20 minutes to make my two drinks. There were also swarms of flies flying around. Very disappointing location.

When I attempted to purchase banana bread, I discovered the presence of flies and other insects within the product, likely due to an open storage door. This situation indicates a lack of effective management and poses significant health and safety risks.
