This Starbucks runs like no other in the area, it always seems to be 20 orders behind. And the quality of the drinks is nowhere close to the other neighborhood Starbucks. I am not sure if it’s the management or quality of employees. Someone from leadership should visit this location because it is ruining their brand. For one of the most expensive cups of coffee you expect excellence!!!

I visited this Starbucks location this morning and had a frustrating experience. They informed me that they don’t accept $100 bills, but there was no sign or notice indicating this policy. The staff didn’t even check if they had change available. As a result, they lost a customer. I had to leave and find somewhere else to get change. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer service.

- Decaf Espresso ☕️ - one pump of white chocolate - one pump of hazelnut ? - a splash of half and half - side almond milk ? - side of white macadamia chocolate foam ??
It's a try of a healthier version of the white chocolate classic version!

For a couple months now this Starbucks has been on a decline.A barista that currently works there needs to be trained properly or placed taking orders instead of making them. My drinks are repugnant every time I see her I worry she’ll be making my drink. When I go back in to get my drink remade it tastes equally as bad. After 15 years of coming to this Starbucks I think it’s time to find a new one.
Seemed difficult to ask for a coffee with no dairy and the plant based sandwich. The whole order was wrong.
