I just went and Kels and Alejandro were the sweetest people ever. Such good energy in there because of them!

I normally don’t have any issues with people the baristas here are honestly great but I encountered the worst customer service today from SALLY, if you honestly hate your job that much to have such a negative energy and attitude early in the morning find another job, You make the rest of your amazing coworkers look bad.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize how incredibly professional, kind, and understanding the baristas at this Starbucks are. They never fail to exceed my expectations. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Gigi and Kels over the phone, and I can confidently say they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this location 100%!

My husband and I came to this location to pick up a DoorDash order and needed to use the restroom. We saw the sign stating “Restrooms are for customers only,” so we respectfully asked for the code. The older short woman working there immediately snapped, “WHAT?!”—completely unprovoked. After repeating the request, she rudely responded again with, “Restrooms are for customers only,” despite us clearly being there to pick up an order.
She eventually gave us the code but continued to be dismissive and unwelcoming. We were never greeted upon entering, and she didn’t acknowledge us at all when we left.
There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior in customer service. We didn’t say or do anything wrong, and yet we were treated with hostility. Completely unacceptable.
Why coffe is so expensive and taste like hot water no coffe at all.... with and extra dollar you can have gourmet coffe... this has to change..... coffe that is just hot water.....
I’m a regular customer at Starbucks. I tried using the restroom before buying a drink, and a lady asked me to buy something first in order to provide me with the bathroom passcode. That’s not professional at all and very disrespectful. I think I’ll give Starbucks a break. No wasting 5 dollars for a coffee again.
This has to be the loudest Starbucks, outside an airport, on the planet. I thought Starbucks was working on enhancing the experience of sitting and enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. I assumed I could work here for a morning but they are blaring techno music incredibly loudly. I asked (nicely, I promise!) them if they might turn the music down. They said they would but clearly did not which is pretty insulting — I don’t mind if you say you won’t, I can leave — but I sat down again to work and even with noise canceling earphones, I hear tinny 90’s era techno blasting in my ear.

There’s a man who works there—thin mustache, unibrow, wearing a cargo hat—that was shockingly rude. I was there at 8 am on a Sunday, pretty much empty and with no one in line. I picked up my coffee and politely asked for a cup of water. With an attitude, the man told me to go to the register to order it. He was standing right there and no one was around; it would’ve taken less than a minute for him to give me water. He got even nastier and insisted that I needed to order at the register, that it was “company policy.” I told him that he didn’t need to be so rude. I order from Starbucks every day and have never experienced that kind of service, nor been asked to order water from the register.

I asked for a regular pike refill, and instead of being charged 67 cents, they said they HAD to charge me full price, but she was giving me the cup discount 🙄 I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.
How incredible! Today I witnessed humiliating treatment by the employees of the establishment toward a female DoorDash driver; she could have used the bathroom, but they denied it because she wasn't a customer. How stupid! This worker was collecting an order for a customer... They should be more careful and more professional and polite.
