I like everything about that place but they are exaggerating with the prices. It is unheard of to pay for a coffee what it costs you for a full breakfast. I don't want to pay for fame, pay for service and conscious material.

these employees stand on business. I ordered a brown sugar shaken expresó and they shook my drink harder than a polaroid pic. came out amazing and fast and this isn’t related but everyone was super attractive idk if that’s a coincidence or not

If the restrooms are like this, I don't wanna imagine the backroom. Left right away. Very much disappointed after reviewing all the reviews, got to confirm that this is not a good starbucks to come. And worst to see the good reviews get answers but the bad reviews are not taken care of. When you hear and read feedback and look to improve based on this, you will provide a better service.

There is new policy and its extremely ridiculous, no straws out, no sleeves out, no sugars out, no stoppers out, How are we supposed to do if we pick up mobile order? Extremely inconvenient. You have to stop a worker while they’re busy to hand you things and since it is so crowded you have to wait. Never returning absolutely it is absurd.

Drinks and food are consistently great but service can be super slow at times, especially in the early morning around 6am during the week. My tip is to order in advance, at least 10 min before your arrival time. For example, this morning (Tues) I ordered in advance as I usually do and the app indicated that my order will be ready by 6:17am. I didn't get back to my car with my order until 6:25. I saw two staff, one making drinks and the other managing food and in store orders. There were others waiting as well. Usually I don't mind waiting but it can be frustrating when everyone is trying to get to school/work at the same time.
