There is new policy and its extremely ridiculous, no straws out, no sleeves out, no sugars out, no stoppers out, How are we supposed to do if we pick up mobile order? Extremely inconvenient. You have to stop a worker while they’re busy to hand you things and since it is so crowded you have to wait. Never returning absolutely it is absurd.

Drinks and food are consistently great but service can be super slow at times, especially in the early morning around 6am during the week. My tip is to order in advance, at least 10 min before your arrival time. For example, this morning (Tues) I ordered in advance as I usually do and the app indicated that my order will be ready by 6:17am. I didn't get back to my car with my order until 6:25. I saw two staff, one making drinks and the other managing food and in store orders. There were others waiting as well. Usually I don't mind waiting but it can be frustrating when everyone is trying to get to school/work at the same time.

The best Starbucks experience in Miami so far! The staff is extremely attentive and friendly and my drinks were excellent; the best I've ever had.

Coffee is always watery, my breakfast sandwich I always order is always so hot that it sticks to the paper and I am unable to eat it, the paper gets on the bread. Everyday there is a homeless man in there asking for money and sitting in front of the store sometimes he sits inside asking for money and comes up to you.

Acostumbro venir a diario, casi siempre me sirven lo que realmente pido. Hoy pedí y faltaron cosas, se lo comento al empleado porque estoy viendo cómo lo hace y me dice que si le echo todo. Y yo estoy mirando y me dice que está cansado y entonces yo tengo que tomarme algo que pague e incompleto ahhh y recuerden este no es un café barato.

Very nice girls but my coffee taste bad I got a simple caramel ribbon crunch and after making it over for the second time it still taste like water it just to expensive for the stuff to not be made right. I do believe staff needs more training and make sure that the right amount of ingredients are incorporated.

Came in today cause needed a place with WiFi and this is a great Starbucks. A lot more parking than Starbucks nearby, they are quick, nice and have good consistent quality. Will definitely be back
