I wanted something cold & bring it for the season , so I got the Pumpkin ? Spice Frappe. I know for next time to order it without Whipping Cream since as you drink it it takes the Pumpkin feeling away? It good right amount of sweetness.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for about a year now when my husband gets his chemo at the Miami Cancer Institute. It has been my saving grace by having something to do for the Covid-19 times I couldn't go with him into the hospital. I must, however report an issue. There is a man that loiters outside the front door of this Starbucks asking for money to buy coffee. One time he said to me condescendingly, "Can you spare a dollar for coffee, honey?" I usually help such people, but this time I was actually scared and reported him to the manager when he followed me inside. Please be cautious and aware of this person. Other than that, the service has always been good. Parking is available but the lot is pretty cramped. Be careful parking.

The two are for the food which is pretty standard. Now about the service. I ordered a few things. My drink came first. I waited for the food which looked like noone was warming up so I asked someone that was "surprised " by my order. Ok, she handed it over. They were missing my other drink which had been sitting on their counter. I asked for it. The girl had a pissed off face. Like she couldn't handle the tasks at work. Lastly I needed a cup holder. She had seen that I had 2 drinks, a bag, my wallet and my keys and when I asked for a cupholder she literally threw it at the counter. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Felt like I left an unnecessary tip! Im referring to the chubby girl at the end of the line working this morning at 10:30am

I really love this place, I feel so good here and I love the baristas BUT when my drink is ready they rarely say my name so I can know it’s ready. I usually come, sit down and order from the app. I don’t mind waiting if they’re busy. But I don’t understand why they yell everyone’s name so they can pick up their drinks but with me they just put it there and I have to be constantly checking, bc if I don’t, my drink sits there for some time bc I don’t know it’s there. Other than that, I love the team.

This is a review for the location since the drinks are practically are the same everywhere.The staff are kind and friendly. I always feel connected with them when they ask about my day and such. Everything is kept tidy and clean. I know my drinks are in good hands.Best location I’ve visited since, you can tell the store manager runs it well.
