Store was dirty and messy not Starbucks atmosphere at all. Cashier guy was very nice person making a ticket. I don’t know what happened. I know that at least 7 to 8 people came in after me and left and I still had no coffee. I sit there for over 15 minutes waiting on coffee when they said that they had lost my ticket. My coffee was supposed to be able to double shot espresso. Its did not have it, but I was already running late to work So I left it like that either way coffee tasted awful. I took two sips and threw it out the window that was a waste of eight dollars.

I come to this Starbucks all the time. I want to shout out Alejandro! Alejandro makes great drinks (and they really are GREAT), and brings a level of focus and effort that honestly stands out in the best way. This is def the kind of person you wish every starbucks had behind the counter.

Alana is amazing. She prepares your drinks with love so they taste so yummy. She makes you feel welcomed. She has a awesome attitude with a gorgeous smile. She even wrote on our drinks enjoy have a great day with a smily & flower. Kudos 👏 girl!! Manager should commend her & do something special. Her shine makes your store shine. I went to pick up two Frappuccinos that I bought online and when I pick them up I realize that they had not put me in the red cup that was free today, and when I ask the staff who attended they tell me that they do not have them, however there were two girls waiting your order and with the happy red glasses in your hands. I don't understand how they can give the glasses to people who haven't picked up the order yet and they didn't give it to me since I already had the order picking it up. It's a shameful behavior by the staff at that store, I'm not saying this because of the value of the glass but because of the discomfort they cause and they even make me think that maybe they only give glasses to those they like or are keeping them for themselves. I am not going to return to that store that does not comply with what they publish 👎👎👎
