I hated the customer service of the barista. I ordered a tea which was so hot that It burnt my tongue after waiting for almost 10 minutes for it to cool down. When I went to the barista to talk about it, he didnāt offer any solution to replace the drink.

The service at this Starbucks is honestly the worst in all of Miami. The staff are extremely rude, and the managerābelieve meāis just as bad, if not worse, than the employees. I asked for a cup of water after buying something earlier, and when I came back a few hours later with my own Starbucks cup to refill it, they told me that both the water and the cup had a cost. How can they charge for or refuse water? Truly disappointing.

The store was a mess only one person working and two employees talking with each other towards the side while the line built up, what should have been a 5 minute experience turned out to be 15 minutes and the condiment bar was mess.ā

Horrible customer service and rude staff. Just made a huge line to buy bottled water. They had none. I asked for a cup to take my medicine and Rosie (or Roxie - not sure) refused to give me one unless I bought something. She said it was their new policy. I wanted to buy water. She didnāt have any to sell me. I needed to take my medication. How inconsiderate and rude is that? And she said it in a very condescending way. I really believe before anything else, we need to be humane and apparently the staff at this Starbucks in Dadeland Mall, particularly Rosie (Roxie) , are not.

Large spacious Starbucks with the usual offerings. Was just a lil bit dirty but not bad. Needed a sweeping and tables cleaned. Music playlist could've been a bit more upbeat. Staff was ok. Still recommend!

I visited this Starbucks yesterday and worst service ever, I ordered a cake pop and drink and the two employees were incredibly rude, the drink took forever to make with very few people waiting and the barista Matt pretty much threw my cake pop on the counter I couldn't believe the lack of care or professionalism will never visit this location in the mall.

I just came to this Starbucks which I promised to my 2 small kids I would buy them their favorite drink and Roxi said they are closed because they are understaffed even though they are two people right now and no customers whatsoever and as per the information online, this store closes at 930pm.
