The store was a mess only one person working and two employees talking with each other towards the side while the line built up, what should have been a 5 minute experience turned out to be 15 minutes and the condiment bar was mess.”

Horrible customer service and rude staff. Just made a huge line to buy bottled water. They had none. I asked for a cup to take my medicine and Rosie (or Roxie - not sure) refused to give me one unless I bought something. She said it was their new policy. I wanted to buy water. She didn’t have any to sell me. I needed to take my medication. How inconsiderate and rude is that? And she said it in a very condescending way. I really believe before anything else, we need to be humane and apparently the staff at this Starbucks in Dadeland Mall, particularly Rosie (Roxie) , are not.

Large spacious Starbucks with the usual offerings. Was just a lil bit dirty but not bad. Needed a sweeping and tables cleaned. Music playlist could've been a bit more upbeat. Staff was ok. Still recommend!

I visited this Starbucks yesterday and worst service ever, I ordered a cake pop and drink and the two employees were incredibly rude, the drink took forever to make with very few people waiting and the barista Matt pretty much threw my cake pop on the counter I couldn't believe the lack of care or professionalism will never visit this location in the mall.
I just came to this Starbucks which I promised to my 2 small kids I would buy them their favorite drink and Roxi said they are closed because they are understaffed even though they are two people right now and no customers whatsoever and as per the information online, this store closes at 930pm.

I love Starbucks but don't appreciate being asked to tip at the counter. When I choose to not tip the cashier had an attitude. He also didn't input my order correctly because I was missing a drink. He also never handed me my receipt nor asked if I wanted it. My drink tasted okay but was clearly missing the whipped cream. Disappointing experience, especially since I paid $6 for a tall (small) cup of coffee.

I am one of those who love Starbucks but it has already happened to me twice in this store that I order the coffees and they don't taste like anything. It happened to me yesterday with a caramel macchiato and a caffe mocha. The guy who took my order was quite attentive and helpful ??
