I visited this Starbucks yesterday and worst service ever, I ordered a cake pop and drink and the two employees were incredibly rude, the drink took forever to make with very few people waiting and the barista Matt pretty much threw my cake pop on the counter I couldn't believe the lack of care or professionalism will never visit this location in the mall.

I love Starbucks but don't appreciate being asked to tip at the counter. When I choose to not tip the cashier had an attitude. He also didn't input my order correctly because I was missing a drink. He also never handed me my receipt nor asked if I wanted it. My drink tasted okay but was clearly missing the whipped cream. Disappointing experience, especially since I paid $6 for a tall (small) cup of coffee.

I am one of those who love Starbucks but it has already happened to me twice in this store that I order the coffees and they don't taste like anything. It happened to me yesterday with a caramel macchiato and a caffe mocha. The guy who took my order was quite attentive and helpful ??
I have been visiting this location for quite sometime, but they have a new manager who should not be working anywhere that requires dealing with guests, he is abrasive doesn’t talk to you or replies and has a face like he wishes he was anywhere else but there. Honestly if you don’t like the job or have passion find another job, I’ve witnessed him ignore him guests or just be rude to his own employees. Everyone here has been very nice before and have always been very efficient with the large volume of orders that they get. No idea who hired this supervisor named Matt.

To start I want to highlight the aspect of the food. I ordered an American coffee and I liked it. The problem was that I also ordered a Caramel Macciato before and it didn't taste like anything. I stirred it with the straw/absorbent/straw or whatever you want to call it, and the Coffee seemed like water due to its lack of flavor. I complain a lot since the coffee was supposed to have sugar. The service was good except that there was only one person serving all the customers, and the line that formed was super long. Pretty good atmosphere. I only warn you to order your coffee with sugar if you want it because otherwise you will be disappointed.

horrible experience asked for a cup of water and waited patiently for 20 minutes and they proceeded to give other people water and not me and then when i asked again they said to make the line but they could have said that from the beginning instead of being rude and ignoring me. Don’t recommend coming here the workers are very rude.
