Was visiting from out of state and this was my Starbucks of choice to feed my morning coffee habit. I loved the team more than my coffee! They were all so personable, attentive, and friggin amazing! My order was always correct and perfect! By day 3 they literally knew who I was and would welcome me by name upon arrival. This is the best Starbucks team that I have ever encountered!

I was trying to place an order online and the app was giving me an issue. I deleted it and restarted the app and the same issue happened. I called the store so I can place the order over the phone but the manager told me it can only be done online. So much for customer service and a manager who is not willing to gain business on an existing customer. Definitely not ordering from Starbucks anymore. P.S. I have been loyal since 2010.

They keep using older ground coffee beans which have lost their flavor. Beans must be freshly ground to get the coffee flavor. Grinding releases the smells and makes the coffee lose quality over time.

So far, it has been the best Starbucks in the area close to work. I have been their faithful customer since 2006 and continue to go there. If I have counted 1 mistake with my order in all that time, it is a lot. Starbucks does get to know its customers by name, unlike Dunkin Donuts. That is why Starbucks will always be Starbucks. Keep up the great job, baristas, and excellent coffees.
