Great team here! Staff was so nice, friendly, and detail oriented even during a huge lunch rush. They even wrote enjoy :) on our cups. The line for the drive through was very long, so I drove around to park in a nearby parking lot

I never write reviews, but this really ticked me off. Lately every time I visit this Starbucks, my drink gets made wrong. Today I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with sweet cold foam and got whipped cream instead — then was told the cold foam was “under” it. On top of that, they make you hit the tip screen, and if you hit “no,” you feel like they might mess with your drink. It’s frustrating to pay so much for a simple treat and feel misled. Please do better, or at least be truthful.
Very bad customer service. We waited in the drive-thru for more than 30 minutes. We decided to walk inside, but the lady who appeared to be the manager told me my order was not ready yet. It was a very unpleasant moment. This has been my worst experience with Starbucks.”

I come here daily….. today’s service was very bad. I told the barista I had been waiting 15 min for my drink and she told me “ohh that sucks” …… I’ll continue to come here and file complaints if I need to. Employees like this ruin you business

Came to the store looking forward to Holiday Flavored Coffee, there was wall-to-wall “Promo” for holiday flavored drinks and coffee and when I asked for my holiday flavored coffee the attendant told me that they had ran out of all of them at 5:45am. Very disappointing
Every time I come to this location the wait times are longer than usual compared to any other Starbucks. This area is over populated or they need to add employees for this not to happen. Not planning on visiting again.

Need to speed up the service. Hire more people. It is a very busy starbucks but drive thru 45 minutes is unacceptable. Not sure exactly why it takes so long but lost my business.

This Starbucks is entirely too frenetic. Waited 35 minutes for a cold drink. Was told cold drinks and hot drinks print from different stations, yet customers ordering well after my order walking out with drinks. 35 minutes and out of order is truly ridiculous.

I’m a dedicated Starbucks customer. Today I was approached by an employee and was told that if I want to stay in their lobby I’m required to make a purchase. I’m shocked at how rude this “policy” is. I’ve never experienced this.

This Starbucks location is always nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It’s a convenient stop on my way to work, which I appreciate. However, every time I order a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Foam Shaken Espresso, the cold foam is never made correctly. It’s the most important part of the drink, and I’d love to see more consistency in how it’s prepared. Other than that, I enjoy coming here!
