I’m only giving two stars because the baristas and staff are always amazing. But lately the past couple of months all the espresso drinks I’ve ordered have been absolutely terrible. I am frequently here at least once a day on most days and each time I brought up the fact that my espresso taste bitter/burn as if they put it in the cup without any milk in there (let the shot die) I was told that the shot dying is a myth and they’re going to continue to make the drinks that way. Unfortunately, I cannot go back to this location because it’s such a waste of money at this point.?

Very horrible. They did not even make my drink. I will make sure this is escalated. The staff are so unfriendly that there was not even a hello as you walk in. Very busy huh? Talking to each other. We customer pay for service not attitudes.
So, in drive thru we ordered a matcha tea frappe. We got a matcha cream frappe. We threw it away because it was so sweet it was like condensed milk. The flat white was 3/5s full and the rest was foam. Not coming back to this store.

Customer service is always great which is why it gets two stars but I really don’t think they know how to make the coffees on their menu. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and this is what I got. I asked for the drink to be remade because well what is that??? And they said of course and took back the drink and proceeded to give me back the same drink! Honestly, not even worth the argument and trouble of asking again, but I just had to leave a review. Also, this isn’t the first time I get a below average tasting $7 drink from this location.
