The place is like tradition.People go because the name is Starbucks. But the taste of the coffee is not that good, and if they offer a variety of drinks, some are good, others are not, and they do not maintain the quality of the drink. 2 days you buy the same drink and the preparation is different.But I go like everyone else out of custom and tradition.

My drinks are usually prepared well and this location is ideal because they're close to home and close to the highway. However, it's been twice now that I go early in the morning before work and they're not open. The first time, the barista needed a locksmith. I hadn't ordered ahead and that issue can happen to anyone, so I brushed it off and told him it was okay. Today, I used my points for a free drink and ordered ahead on the app. Myself and another individual tried both doors but found that they were locked. He stated he also ordered ahead. I called the store and no answer. Knocked, and no answer. After a few minutes, we decided to leave. The hours online show that they open at 5:30AM. It was 6:20AM and no one was there.

Staff does not know how to make drinks properly even when re-made. The last 4 times my coffee has tasted like straight milk. If you like brown sugar oak shaken espresso’s this is not the place for you. Will not be coming back.

I came to get my coffee this morning and an employee is waiting outside telling me he doesn’t have a key to get in? Meanwhile a bunch of cars outside waiting for the place to open all left. I dont know about yall but i need my coffee this morning.

Management is unorganized, they make to go orders before the current customer. The staff is not friendly. They do not greet. They made my drink in the blender, made 3 other drinks then gave me my drink and said sorry for the wait. Lol There is a Dunkin donuts 1 minute away. I would recommend.

The worst Starbucks store I have ever been. They did my drinks wrong 10/10 times. Always fail my drinks. My other Starbucks stores always make my drinks correct no matter what time in a day I come.My coffee tasted just like water. Never come back.

Staff is rude and she didn’t make my order as I ordered. I asked for a venti but got a grande in venti cup and it was not hot and no sugar and she was in rush to close to the store at 8:15pm but the store intended to be open till 9pm and asked one of the customers to pack his laptop as they want to close the store early. So, unprofessional guys highly don’t recommend this particular store.

Ordered in person - waited for 20 minutes watching multiple people who ordered after us getting their drinks before I asked about mine. The barista was actively ignoring me and got rude with me despite my politeness (I was a barista previously and go out of my way to treat them extra kindly as I know what it's like to deal with the regular assholes). I would have understood if they had apologized and owned up to the mistake but they acted like we were lying, went to check the register that we had actually ordered and then just insisted someone else took our drinks. When we were watching the counter the entire time and could see/hear every single drink? No apologies to us or to the other girl who ordered before us that they also ignored - all we got was a lot of attitude like we were inconveniencing them because they had to stop joking around behind the bar for 2 minutes to make our drinks. I love seeing happy employees who are having a good time at work, but not when it impedes on their ability to actually perform the job that they're getting paid to do. I do want to recognize that they made the drinks very well and were very friendly when we first placed our order.
