I had such a great experience here yesterday around 8am. A young guy helped me out and his service was amazing. They didn't have one of the ingredients for the frappuccino I usually get, and I was about to leave, but he confidently offered to make me something similar instead. It turned out delicious, even better than I expected.
Really appreciated how he handled it!

I ordered cappuccino small. After 3/4th froth the little coffee tasted like milk. Literally milk.
The boy who served me claims thats how it is served.
Looks like a proper cappuccino is cheaper, more in quantity and better in wall street than here. If inly i had my first Starbucks here, it would be my last.

Very slow service, worst Starbucks I’ve been to in a while. If you ask for a splash of anything they charge $5 because they don’t know how to put it in the computer. Anytime you order anything that’s not a normal drink they have to find their manager and talk for 5 minutes to figure it out. All normal workers are unable to make simple decisions on their own. Training needs to be done.

The coffee tasted like nothing, it was terrible. When I went to order, all the workers left the bar, and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to return. Terrible visit, the worst Starbucks with the worst workers. I was a frequent customer, and I don't like going there anymore since they replaced the old workers.

Nice place to grab a drink and a snack while you shop. Damaris was super nice and made sure everything was perfect.

Place always seems to have a line - employees are often scrambling alone and mobile orders are given priority over people patiently waiting in line. Seems like in-person clients should be given priority/mobile orders paused if one employee is going to take a break and leaving only one barista manning the cashier and the drinks. I’ve seen many a client just leave after waiting an interminable amount of time or myself choosing not to order as I’m deterred by the long lines.

Only one person working, taking order and making the coffee and food. Even though her service was 5 stars I don’t think is the greatest decision to have only one employee doing everything.

Your staff is talking too much at this starbucks and kept me waiting way too long for my drink. Definately not star treatment. I have had way netter service at many other starbucks.Let's get it together, Target!

Mariana and her coworker were energetic and great with my kids while I fumbled my words on my order. What a great atmosphere. Great service.

The shop is located inside the Publix grocery store. The only complaint is that they don't scan/take the Starbucks app unless is linked to your credit car....

If you value your time and patience avoid going to this Starbucks. Not only are the girls rude they have no regards for the customers waiting in line . It took over 20 minutes for them to even acknowledge the pple waiting in line meanwhile they chit chatted and made 2 coffees and a sandwich between 2
