This is the closest Starbucks to me but a rather drive more than to come here again. The customer service is awful.. the workers look like they hate to work here and show it as well. I’m very disappointed in those location. This use to be my go to Starbucks but it’s gone downhill. One of the cashiers here with red hair is the worst. No polite attitude and wants to get you out the drive through so fast and doesn’t care to smile or give a great morning experience.

The employees are the only ones who damage the place, they don't say hello, they are like robots, they don't even look you in the eyes, plus the Uber Doordash drivers treat us badly, they literally ignore you and just place your order there on the table and Will you see if you take them or not? They don't warn you, nothing, no matter how much they ask them with their mouths, they only tell you to wait and they forget about you, I've already been there more than 7 times because I'm UBER, it can't be a coincidence 7 times you see the same thing with all the drivers who wait.?

They prepare the pink drink with pure water, they make it terrible, I preferred to throw it in the trash, it's terrible. And it's not the first time it's happened to me, they should change staff or train them because this had never happened to me at Starbucks until I got here.

Got my order wrong twice in a row and I just ordered a Venti Coffee. The barista "Sincere" actually seemed bothered by my insistence on wanting what I ordered.
