Was told simply that they did not have any coffee. No coffee. At a coffee shop. Ended up going to the Juan Valdez coffee shop further down the terminal.

While the service was fast, the staff was insanely rude and dismissive. Pray they don’t get your order wrong (like they did ours). If they do, save your breath. They don’t care and tell you as much.
