I went there asked for a glass of water. The barista told me that company policy stated that I have to buy something in order to give me a glass of water. How a multimillion dollar company can afford lose a customer for live for a glass of water. Shame on you Starbucks.

I haven’t been to Starbucks in many years, and I decided to stop by today to purchase a gift card for someone I really value. The cashier assisting me was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our conversation was going smoothly. However, I was caught off guard when a manager, who had been hovering nearby, abruptly interrupted to tell the cashier that I needed to be carded before completing my transaction. What was particularly frustrating was that neither of the two customers before me were carded for their purchases. This inconsistency in treatment was disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable. It’s incidents like this that reaffirm why I’ve chosen not to support Starbucks in the past, and after this experience, I won’t be returning. I’m disheartened to see such discriminatory practices still taking place.

My wife and I have been coming to visit this Starbucks since it opened and Wilson has always been a star. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is right. He runs a tight ship and I think he deserves a trip to Hawaii! People only find time to complain. They need to make time to commend as well and quit complaining for every little thing.

Overall I have to say the morning crew is always on point. What never fails are the Sunday afternoon drinks that disappoint. Either I get a tea or a coffee is always prepared as if the baristas were doing you a favor. Starbucks isn’t cheap, but we all go back because we 💚 it. Considering there’s people dying and starving on the streets it might be ridiculous to complain, but baristas form Starbucks don’t make less than 18$-20$ or more …if a silly costumer like me is going out of their way to add extra topping (which isn’t free) to a seasonal drink and is coming to the store for the 2nd time today (3 total counting another store) to get a cup of coffee that weighs less than a feather and has NO topping and when you ask the barista if they run out of it, she just looks at you like 🙄 and adds the damns topping. I wished her a wonderful evening to her depressing silence. Cheer up baristas! Compare to other places in the food industry you guys aren’t doing terrible. Morning crew definitely has way better service and their coffee has never failed to be on point.

Walking to no one in the drive thru nor dine area. I’m the only customer waiting to be served order. Waited 17 minutes no drink the customer after me enter wait 5 minutes drink is ready. Now customer is waking in ordering still no drink. It’s crazy I walk into no line order and drink still wasn’t made. Refund me please. No one ask why they don’t care. Wrong Starbucks wrong area not for color people.

Went at 7am on Labor Day and I was the only person inside the store. The staff was busy putting away the truck but they still had me out within 5 minutes. Would go back next time in the area.
