These Starbucks coffee shops are getting worse every day. This is the second time that I have to leave without my coffee because the cashier in a very rude way told me he just started his shift and for that reason he cannot accept a high dollar bill. Very disappointed đŸ˜«

Don’t order thru doordash. They will mess up. Yesterday they messed my drink up. Today right after I placed my order, I called the store. The man on the phone told me not to worry. I get my order, and it’s disgusting.

Usually this place is great, but Julian (older guy) will mess up your order, then tell you you’re wrong, make it again, and then subsequently will mess it up for a second time.

I love Starbucks but after ordering here several times now I will only order food at this location because the drinks here respectfully needs work. I would really love if they would make drinks a bit better like their lattes or frappes or matcha’s. The workers are nice and environment is too I wish I can order there always, since it’s so close to me but because of the drinks I have to go to the Starbucks on 57th which are always 10/10. , always room for improvement !

I was irritated with the first cashier because she made me drive all the way around the drive through just to add a spinach egg white wrap. As I did I asked for the corporate number. The cashier stated they don’t have one. I then had to ask for a manager twice. Luckily “LUZ”, the manager, was there quickly with a huge smile and was ready to help. She explained that that usually does not happen and asked if there was anything she could do to make my visit better. I told her no just because she had such a great attitude and helpful spirit I was completely fine. The matcha was right on point and the wrap was amazing and hot. I wanna say thanks LUZ. You’re definitely an ideal candidate for a GM. She saved this review from being a one star.

Solid Starbucks, they usually keep it pretty clean. There is a drive thru which may cause some stack up in the morning, but I typically go inside for ordering. I like to enjoy my tea or coffee inside with my pup.
