I love Starbucks but after ordering here several times now I will only order food at this location because the drinks here respectfully needs work. I would really love if they would make drinks a bit better like their lattes or frappes or matcha’s. The workers are nice and environment is too I wish I can order there always, since it’s so close to me but because of the drinks I have to go to the Starbucks on 57th which are always 10/10. , always room for improvement !
I was irritated with the first cashier because she made me drive all the way around the drive through just to add a spinach egg white wrap. As I did I asked for the corporate number. The cashier stated they don’t have one. I then had to ask for a manager twice. Luckily “LUZ”, the manager, was there quickly with a huge smile and was ready to help. Solid Starbucks, they usually keep it pretty clean. There is a drive thru which may cause some stack up in the morning, but I typically go inside for ordering. I like to enjoy my tea or coffee inside with my pup.
