I work in the mall, I had an issue with my drink I was standing at the door at exactly 8pm the gentleman in charge at the time got annoyed because I was just asking the employee with the blue hair if they could please add classic syrup to my drink because they didn’t have chai and I did not like how my drink ended up tasting, he was very rude and didn’t want to help fix the issue. Thank you to the gentleman with blue hair for apologizing and your kindness I wish I got your name.

I have been visiting this location for quite sometime, but they have a new manager who should not be working anywhere that requires dealing with guests, he is abrasive doesn’t talk to you or replies and has a face like he wishes he was anywhere else but there. Honestly if you don’t like the job or have passion find another job, I’ve witnessed him ignore him guests or just be rude to his own employees. Everyone here has been very nice before and have always been very efficient with the large volume of orders that they get. No idea who hired this supervisor named Matt.

I will never drink coffee in this store again, they are scammers, they sell medium full coffee for less than half. I complained to the barista and he told me that the coffee is mixed with the foam. It is an insult to human intelligence.

Only reviewing because of Tenisha’s excellent service, she was so kind and I even went for her recommendation (iced brown sugar shaken espresso with a pump of white mocha, delicious). Would come back just for her!

By all aspects it’s a Starbucks and my drink was good. The staff varied but were acceptable. What I did not like was that I was told this location does not accept the app scan feature. Although while I say there I kept seeing people scan something with their phones. Upon asking I did not get a clear reply. I was told you could use it for some things but not others and not for payment scan…. Very offsetting.
