Terrible listening skills obviously they don’t know how to follow simple instructions asked for extra Caramel drizzle and got barley any on the top none in the cup and it all of the side of the cup dirtying my car like seriously with the amount charged they should put a little more effort into making the drink the way they are ordered but whatever won’t be coming back to this location

I like that the Baristas, are thoughtful, sweet, and that they make yummy drinks. The Baristas, are always so decent, and gentle. The Baristas, make me feel cared for. The Manager, is doing a wonderful job at hiring magnanimous and empathetic Baristas. I could not ask for more.

They iced coffee got mold this mean they not clean the ice machine for more than 3 months i work before in Starbucks before I transfer one time to a other store n I found out the ice had mold I got piss off with the manager. They have to clean the ice machine every 2 week to keep everything clean so it doesn't happen this. I guess the manager does not care about people this can kill someone. The manager should be fired for this n the supervisor should be suspended for a week no pay.

This is the worst Starbucks in the area, service-wise. I have been there 4 times and it has never taken less than 15 minutes to get my drink.
Today I placed a mobile order at 2:30 and it said it should be ready in 6-9 minutes, yet was not ready until 2:50 - and that was only because I specifically asked where the drink was after waiting for so long inside AND after my other drink and food had already come out. The entire time I was waiting, the two employees making drinks were only doing cold drinks- ignoring the hot drink stickers on the bar. One person was exclusively working the drive thru, no customers were in line at all, yet the store was a complete, dirty disaster and full orders were taking forever….
HORRIBLE management and standards for the staff at this location. It’s barely recognizable as a Starbucks and should have a visit from corporate immediately. The employees here seem unmotivated and lethargic. It’s totally unacceptable. They should be reminded that the coffee they serve is expensive and that customers invest time and money each day into being loyal patrons. This Starbucks takes that for granted and it’s a horrible experience each time I go. If I can avoid it in the future I will
