The barista (a young man) was cleaning up, picking up a garbage bag and soon approached me to take my order. I watched, waiting for him to clean his hands, but he did not attempt to even remotely do so. He took my order and still did not clean his hands. When he grabbed the cup to prepare my drink, I brought this to his attention, in a kind , courteous manner, but he was not happy, and soon darted off into another part of the store, without saying anything. My drink was prepared but I left it there, as I was now weary of drinking it. I'm disappointed that this occurred. I was expecting better service, especially when cleanliness is involved.

I spent 3 months coming to this Starbucks studying almost daily for a major exam. My coffee was always made perfectly. The employees always greeted me and were kind to me and other guests. I never felt rushed to leave and I always felt welcome.

Very nice atmosphere. Friendly and fast service. Would recommend to come again.
I don’t know who did this but nobody deserves to be delivered this after waiting on the quality that I thought Starbucks had. This must be a joke. I ordered a bacon, gouda and egg sandwich and a latte grande and this is what I received, a cup of ice and a double cup latte that looked nothing alike to my order. I will never order again from any of you. You lost a loyal customer.

The crew at this Starbucks manage to make me laugh almost every morning I come for my daily espresso. Drive thru and inside everyone is smiling and happy to help. Specifically, Laura the sweet girl who always wears a mask and a hat. She never fails to hand me napkins and straws and a bag when I ask for it. The kind lady who takes orders at the drive thru. I’d consider her the mom of the group, always making sure you got what you wanted and helping out workers who are a little busy. And a curly haired guy who helped me out today, don’t know his name but he has tattoos on his forearms too. Super quick with his barista skills, made like 3 drinks in 2 minutes it was like watching a movie. Love this starbies and GIVE THESE PEOPLE A BONUS OR SOMETHING
