took them 15 minutes just to give me a coffee and what was supposed to be a sandwich but they gave me an entire different item, which i didnt notice until i got back to work. and the coffee tastes horrible by the way, dont know what they did wrong but it does not taste like the coffee i usually drink at starbucks.

Welcomed upon coming in, this location is gorgeous!, very clean and the restrooms are as well, and the drinks are so good!!
Soo.. Is there a new policy or something where sleeves and stoppers are not to be given to the customer unless they ask? I would assume that the majority of the clientele don't want to burn their hands on the cup and want to keep their coffee warm as long as possible.. Is this some kind of cheap way for Starbucks to save money??
