Soo.. Is there a new policy or something where sleeves and stoppers are not to be given to the customer unless they ask? I would assume that the majority of the clientele don't want to burn their hands on the cup and want to keep their coffee warm as long as possible.. Is this some kind of cheap way for Starbucks to save money??

I walked in and purchased a Miami coffee cup...The lady sat there and said thank you bye...I had to ask for a bag...and bag it myself... WOW ...may I also add I attempted to order a Venti Blonde roast....(Been thinking about it since Dallas this morning.....) (yes I like it THAT much) so the employees proceed to tell me they only have Pike Place...and if I wanted Blonde roast then they had to ask the manager first...( You have to get the managers permission to make coffee?!!) (They obviously did not want to make it) I pray they realize soon that customers are not burdens... customers allow the place to remain open and allow people to have jobs ...
