Soo.. Is there a new policy or something where sleeves and stoppers are not to be given to the customer unless they ask? I would assume that the majority of the clientele don't want to burn their hands on the cup and want to keep their coffee warm as long as possible.. Is this some kind of cheap way for Starbucks to save money??
I tried again at this store, and they did well with their service this time. No failures. I hope it continues. I'll amend my review as I visit more.
