Don’t ever ask Vivian or Miriam to fix a mistake they made, or neglect of even asking a person if they want cream/sugar, then when I asked simply to have it remade correctly she told me “u can add ur own sugar and creamer” which I tried and it didn’t taste right, I asked it just be remade right and they laughed replying “we are not ur maid, u act like we have to serve u” to which my reply “u are in service, and did i ask to clean something or be my maid? “ where they shoved their hands in my face and treated me like some begging bum not a paying customer, she remade it left the lid in done and made me spill it ALL OVER THE PLACE ! 0/10 -10000 stars, I will NEVER go back to this location because of how I was treated. Completely disrespected.

I absolutely love this coffee place! The staff is fantastic and always remembers my order, which makes each visit feel extra personal. The place is always spotless. The people there have great attitudes, always friendly and happy to serve. What's even better is that I’ve never had to wait in line—it's like the crowd only starts arriving after I leave!, and I can't recommend it enough.

There were three workers one was taking an order of two children that were clearly undecided what they wanted nobody seem to look like they wanted to offer me any service so and then I asked If you could just take my order while these kids Still decide what they wanted because she was going into detail on every coffee that they had unreal so then when I was helped, her name was Markesha had an attitude I figured she was gonna give me an attitude the way she looked at me push my coffee very rude very ghetto with that attitude you would be slinging coffee for the rest of your life, do better Markesha!
Ms. Starr at the Publix Starbucks is a gem- her smile will definitely light up your day as much as the coffee. Such great service- she asked to be sure our drinks were how we liked and when she saw us standing around (waiting for the passport office to open) she made the effort to show us where the seating is-Appreciate her helping start the morning right!

Well at the Publix right now usually I like it hot and cold but I'm always good for a cup of water tap water so by the time I drink coffee everyday it will always be the Starbucks in the one in the Publix on Biscayne is the best to keep me up on my water drinking and I can drink all the coffee right now even if you can experience it Starbucks
