Ms. Starr at the Publix Starbucks is a gem- her smile will definitely light up your day as much as the coffee. Such great service- she asked to be sure our drinks were how we liked and when she saw us standing around (waiting for the passport office to open) she made the effort to show us where the seating is-Appreciate her helping start the morning right!
The ambience is great. Unfortunately the staff seems very demotivated. We also found it very difficult to understand one lady. The order was successful, but unfortunately we ended up receiving something different.

The staff is fantastic and always remembers my order, which makes each visit feel extra personal. The place is always spotless. The people there have great attitudes, always friendly and happy to serve. What's even better is that I’ve never had to wait in line—it's like the crowd only starts arriving after I leave!, and I can't recommend it enough.
