Ms. Starr at the Publix Starbucks is a gem- her smile will definitely light up your day as much as the coffee. Such great service- she asked to be sure our drinks were how we liked and when she saw us standing around (waiting for the passport office to open) she made the effort to show us where the seating is-Appreciate her helping start the morning right!
The ambience is great. Unfortunately the staff seems very demotivated. We also found it very difficult to understand one lady. The order was successful, but unfortunately we ended up receiving something different.
Well at the Publix right now usually I like it hot and cold but I'm always good for a cup of water tap water so by the time I drink coffee everyday it will always be the Starbucks in the one in the Publix on Biscayne is the best to keep me up on my water drinking and I can drink all the coffee right now even if you can experience it Starbucks
