This might easily be the Starbucks location with the worst baristas and the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Their brewed coffee completely lacks flavor, and their espresso-based drinks are just as poorly made. Even when the store isn’t busy, the quality remains disappointingly low. A Starbucks like this is truly unworthy of being in a neighborhood like Midtown
This place has gone down badly. The service is terrible. I have been coming for years and will never come back again. I was charged $4 more than normal for a drink that I order everyday. The cashier simply told me that it was because of hotel prices. That’s it. Nothing more. Not sure how that changed from a few days ago. In any case it’s not her fault it’s the managements fault for poorly training people. Also the turnover here is crazy. There’s always new employees. Better off going to the Starbucks at Target if you really want Starbucks otherwise do yourself the favor and walk to Passion del Cielo just down the street for better coffee and better service.

25 minutes for a drink is absolutely insane to me i try to give it chance after chance and everytime i end up more disappointed honestly. Why does every worker look like they dont want to be there?? The drinks always take long i only ask for one drink and they always mess it up always i dont understand its not that hard to make coffee and be welcoming . I dont know how this starbucks hasnt fired everyone. Needs new everything management staff give the jobs to people who actually want to work.

She made my drink perfectly and even took a moment to ask how my day was going — small gesture, big impact. Camron was equally amazing — so attentive and kind.
