After avoiding this location in Midtown for many months I decided to give it another chance today. Sorry to report it’s still awful. Employees are running wild being silly and making customers feel out of place. It needs better management. Countless bad reviews and nothing changes. Management should take a field trip to the Starbucks up the road at 6320 Biscayne Blvd to learn how to properly operate a store. I make a daily trip to that Starbucks and bypass the Midtown Starbucks that is almost literally in my back yard. I wonder how many others do the same.

This starbucks location is very convenient, shopping and dog walking are all within easy reach. Festive drinks are provided, and the service staff are lovely and enthusiastic. The walls feature the iconic blue mermaid painting. Sit back, enjoy a cup of coffee and give yourself some leisurely time.

Don’t know exactly what is going on with the price. Usually order dragon drink medium size and cake pop, it’s never been more than 10$(at Sunny Isles ) but today at this location it came with 13,54$ Never coming back again

During the art basel festivities. I needed to take a timeout and recharge. Ordered a slamming good bagel x hot coffee. While waiting i discovered an opportunity just outside where the seating patio area is. Horrible service staff that dont really want you there. I am a paying starbucks customer and the service lady denied me use of the bathroom. Not a true starbucks that you would expect.
Sunday morning staff sucks. The attitude is outrageous. I waited 15 mins for a hot coffee and that's only cause I was like ma'am where's my coffee?! And then I get an attitude for asking. This has happened on several occasions.
