AVOID THIS LOCATION. Rude staff, dirty tables and not the atmosphere for what you pay. Try Mr Bean by the Macy's entrance also at the Falls. Great customer's service, friendly and cozy atmosphere and many coffee, bakes and food options as well as some boards games.I believe, I was there ordering with my mom and a friend, when Erica Almeida (a review from a week ago) came in asking for a glass of water and they not only refused but basically kicked her out of the store. I was also implied I should leave since I took about 20 seconds grabbing some napkins after I received my order and they wanted to lock the door to close.

Came into the store and was instantly greeted by Jack. She was very friendly & super sweet! I was a little indecisive about what I wanted and she gave me a few suggestions. My drink turned out so good, I LOVED IT! She is truly amazing.

Bad review incoming, because they took almost 20 minutes to get a cookie ready to go. The lady, (I believe her name was Ari), needs more training in being flexible with things like this. Im annoyed and angry that I waited too long for a stupid cookie.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while now and it has never disappointed. Orlando the manager is hands down the best. He cares about his customers and always goes the extra mile to make sure the food/drinks are to my liking. All the employees at this Starbucks are friendly and know what they are doing! Keep up the great work!

I started coming here after their reopening in early 2023. I had a good experience when there were experienced staff on the bar making my drinks. But lately they have a new/untrained crew on the bar, and my drinks dont taste anything like normal. In fact some of them were downright nasty, as the barista used heavy cream instead of the indicated half-and-half. Meanwhile there were older/experienced employees buzzing around, having meetings and doing other things, while neglecting the most important thing which is making good drinks. I get the impression this is a franchise location and not corporate, because I can't imagine why there need to be so many meetings and so many staff standing around talking.This can be rectified if they would simply not allow new staff to train here, train them elsewhere first. This location is tiny, far too small to comfortably train new workers and be productive. New employees can enter the dragon after they're tried by fire somewhere else. Honestly, if I had any pull at Starbucks, I wouldn't allow them to operate such a small store. It needs about 2x the space, or more.

Workers are rude. I was given attitude for absolutely no reason. They had also made a rude comment about a friend of mine complaining on how she comes in all the time. She works in the mall. Mind your business.
