Horrible service!!!! Took 30 minutes in the drive thru only for two drinks! Not only service is slow but they gave me the wrong order! Upon letting them know the lady (forgot her name) didnt apologize and rolled her eyes and said “i didnt here that”! She then mentioned they will bring it right away, to only see that they poured the same drink to a grande cup packed with only ice and a small portion of the actual drink. Moreover horrible app to maneuver around!

I just want to give a HUGE shout-out to Manny at this Starbucks. In a time where genuine kindness and customer care can be hard to come by, Manny stands out in the most refreshing way. His energy, his politeness, and the way he greets you is like that first perfect sip of coffee in the morning warm, uplifting, and exactly what you needed. Every single time I come through the drive thru, he gives 100% and more. He makes you feel like you’re the only customer in line, yet he treats everyone with that same level of joy and real human decency. It’s rare. It’s appreciated. And it’s absolutely unforgettable. Starbucks! listen, I’m saying this with love y’all better hold onto Manny tight, because if he ever goes missing, we’re gonna have a problem 😭That man is a gift to customer service, to this store, and honestly to the community. The service was very friendly, but the place was a little messy and the bathrooms weren’t exactly clean that being said the pink drink that we got was served very quickly and it was nice and cool inside on a really hot day.

Andre is honestly the best part of coming to this Starbucks. Super friendly, always on point with the drinks and just makes the experience better every time! You can tell he actually cares about the customers and that he loves his job, which is very rare these days. Give Andre the raise he deserves.. matter of fact, give him the whole store!!!!
