Very unfriendly, code for the toilet was only given once the purchase had taken place…

when i ask for extra caramel in my ripping crunch they give me less
His attention is pathetic… I had ordered a coffee and then I asked him for water and he told me that he had to drink again to give me the water…
Right now they have a man in an electric car wanting to run over their electric car, it's really terrifying, he says that in my country I can't pass here, just because it's carnival and I'm wearing the t-shirt from my country of origin, I have it on video, he won't allow me to upload the video, besides, he kept me in his car, alone in the middle of the carnival, they should at least educate the security, and he told me in Spanish, he's perfectly Latin, how ordinary, and to think that I'm a customer
Hour to close said 930 pm, I'm here drink a coffee and the barista spends his time shouting every 5 minutes that they are going to close. I'm getting out of here.

Guy with dyed blonde curly hair is mental. He is dangerous for customers to work there. He wanted to fight me over refill coffee. I have never seen anything like that. Other than that location is little hectic but overall ok.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. My partner, who is learning English, wanted to practice by placing an order at the drive-thru. However, the employee named Chris mocked his English and laughed at how he was speaking. This made my partner feel humiliated and embarrassed, which is completely unacceptable, especially in a city like Miami and a neighborhood like Calle Ocho, where the majority of the population is Hispanic.
When we tried to confront Chris about his behavior, he simply walked away without addressing us. Thankfully, another employee named Stefany was kind and respectful, which we truly appreciated.
It is disappointing that in such a diverse place, there are employees who fail to understand the importance of treating customers with respect. I hope management takes action to address this behavior and ensures that all customers, especially those learning a new language, are treated with dignity. Experiences like this can severely impact someone’s confidence and learning process while trying to adapt to life in a new country.

There is a boy with yellow hair with a bun who was rude and ill-mannered, he treated us terribly! He doesn't pay attention to the customer when we are ordering, he made a mistake with the order and got upset.
I asked him his name to make the report because he had it deleted, only MAR was visible but I couldn't read it and he turned around and left. Terrible service.

40 minutes to get a coffee. Probably was faster to grow, roast and brew the coffee my self. I’ll never be back to this location
Terrible service people there shouldn’t be working if they hate their job that bad. They see people at the counter and they just ignored you and if you ask for something they replied with such a rude response. Never again!!
