This place is such a hit or miss. Management is pretty bad at this location. They are always out of seasonal items like ALL THE TIME and the customer service is terrible! They will sigh, roll eyes, even talk aggressively if you tell them something about your order is wrong. This stems from one of the managers though because she’s often super aggressive with customers AND staff. Ron is the only one that 10 out of 10 is ALWAYS kind.

As usual, light ice drinks turns into at least 1/3 of the cup filled with ice in 2 out of 3 visits/orders! Repeating the same request to the same people gets old!

I'm tired of waiting 30 minutes in drive thru for an order I made on my phone ahead of time. This location either needs more employees or better training on time management and the proper cadence when working the bar. They are way too slow and it's actually frustrating because it's every day.

I like going to this Starbucks because it’s less crowded to other ones I’ve gone to. Every time I go my drink is made the way I like it, and one of the worker's who’s tall and has a beanie (sorry I don’t know his name) treats customers super nicely.

The drive through is normally pretty long, and I’ve had them get my order wrong multiple times. I normally feel pretty rushed at this location. However, if I’m wanting to shop for merchandise, this store is perfect because they have a great selection!

The staff is the most phenomenal group of people I have ever met . I've been coming here for a couple of years now and never had any issues and they always go out of their way to speak to me and make me feel like I'm apart of their family. I'll will miss them dearly and I will be leaving the area soon.

I go to different Starbucks everyday, I spend almost $1500 each month, first time I come to this location, I ordered an Ice tea with extra lemonade and it needs a little more lemonade, that's not a problem, the problem was when I tell the girl (photo 5:45 am) she gives it to me with a tremendously bad attitude, she almost threw it at me, I even left it on my side, she put it on her side, and she looked at me with a bad attitude, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ?

Went there a couple days ago and let me just say Alex, Ana and Luis were super nice. Best freaking customer service one can receive. I’m definitely coming back! They deserve a raise trike the customer service one is looking for
