I frequent this location at least five days a week. All of the young people who work in the drive-through are a delight to interact with. I would like to give a special shout out to Seth. He always takes time to ask me how I’m doing, and he remembers my order, and even reminds me when I choose the wrong fixings by accident, lol. The employees at this location are great!

The lady who attended me was super nice and friendly. Once in a while, I treat myself to a birthday cake pop. Those are fire!

I am a regular at this local Starbucks and have visited numerous others, but the service I receive here, especially from an employee named Seth, stands unparalleled. Each time I pull up to the drive-thru, hearing Seth's voice over the speaker is a clear sign that my experience will be nothing short of perfect. I love coffee, typically I would say something positive about Starbucks however this location is just plain crap. The service is hot and cold, I always have to get a physical receipt because they're notorious for not scanning your reward app correctly so you can get the stars. So make sure you ask for a physical receipt just in case you have to call customer service to redeem it. No matter what time I go they always make my drinks wrong and it's always a problem with any Starbucks to ask to remake it. The service here makes it seem like they don't want to be there so I would had to ask them for anything more than what I ordered.

I can't believe it. I have been ordering the same drink for over a year now and all of a sudden they want to make it small. If I order a venti it should be filled as in the past never had any issue. Very disappointed in this location. Just because you are losing money from sales you loyal customers should get what they have always gotten and not be downsize in product.

I usually love my drinks from this location. However, I ordered Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino, it was almost tasteless. Very disappointing. They were not busy. Drive thru was empty. Lobby had 3 people. 8:02am Dec 2nd. I gave 3 stars because I have enjoyed my drinks from here up until today.

This Starbucks is really close to the gym I go to, so usually I pass by before or after going. The drinks are always on point, and the service is amazing. I wish I could mention names, since there is this really sweet guy who’s very attentive. I even asked for a cup of iced water and he gave it to me, and when I ordered a sandwich that was already sold out, he helped me by providing similar recommendations. Extremely satisfied.
This place is a quiet calm place awesome to study and get things done, and just one thing you need some seats with cushioning the tables next to the counter.the staff are nice and helpful . ???
