I usually don’t like to write review but they should close it insisted of running the business like that! There is nothing available to buy and cappuccino tested bad just like old coffee with milk

The coffee had small bits inside. The muffin had mold on it, which I unfortunately saw when I had already left. Bad and a waste of money!!!

Don’t go. Paid $10.69 for a watery milkshake. Also, the placed smelled like sewage, maybe a pipe was broken or something major, very fowl smell.

As soon as I gave my order they immediately said they have no smoothies or juices available which is on their menu. I think the employees were just plain lazy cuz there was no one in their store..

Service is great, coffee is good, didn’t have many food options when I stopped by

Prices are ridiculous, would not return. There's a reason there was absolutely no one in here.

EXTREMELY RUDE & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!My partner and I entered this shop because we thought it was really nice looking from outside. We were walking around looking for a quick bite to eat. We entered the establishment around 1:12 pm. The shop had a friendly, family oriented vibe. We perused the offerings and waited to be acknowledged so we could order. The young lady working was diligently making juice and gathering food from the back but did not acknowledge us. By the time she asked us what we would like to order, the time was 1:25pm, which was fine because breakfast was being served until 1:30. When we started to order, she told us we couldn’t order because it was too late. We told her the times posted said 1:30 but she wouldn’t let us order breakfast, so we ordered juice instead. The juice was good and fresh. Upon receiving our juice we asked the young lady what her name was and she immediately became standoffish and asked “Why?!” in a condescending tone. We replied we just wanted to know with whom we were speaking and she said ok but “Why?!” We asked for her name so we could address her as such so we could talk to her about our disappointment, trying to be personable, but she wasn’t having it. My partner and I are nice people but we don’t like being disrespected. I snapped her pic for being rude to us and then she decided to take a pic of us and try to talk to the chef who was sitting in the back. I guess the young lady felt threatened of us because she kept staring at us the whole time.If you decide to come here, just be aware. I don’t have anything negative to say about the food/juice. The customer service was just not as we would’ve expected.

Overpriced and mediocre. The smallest gelato is around $10 which is ridiculous since the portion isn’t even that big. I tried about 6 flavors and let me just say the taste isn’t that good, it’s mediocre at best, nothing special. Regardless, the atmosphere and the staff are nice.

very rude ice cream attendants. was charged for a large cone instead of a small one. i would have got 3 popsicles from Morelia for the same price which is so tasty.

Overpriced. The servers give you the latte at 70% capacity so they can get free coffee. A $5 dollar coffee. They steal a coffee portion from every customer. The servers were both eating cake and drinking coffee when we got there. What a disappointment. Then, the server asking personal questions. The coffee shop owner is probably unaware of his employees taking advantage of customers and the owner.

Beautiful, quiet part of Brickell. Not just a gelato or ice cream place, they actually serve full breakfast and breakfast sandwiches. The Restaurant is reaaly adorable, we ate in the loft and relaxed with coffee. Awesome spot in Brickell.

This cafe is located on the corner of SE 13th St and Brickell Bay Dr. It's a stunning, mostly glass building with some outdoor seating. We ordered breakfast and an Americano and enjoyed it. My favorite part about this place is the outdoor seating. We sat outside and it was a gorgeous day!

They have good flavored Icecream but I had much higher expectations. They lack flavors, their ice creams melts rapidly although it wasn’t even hot outside. The texture is interesting, the cones get broken to easily. The cone was dripping my Icecream and most of it melted! 6/10 It’s just too expensive for a poor experience.
