Honestly hands down the worst pizza I've ever had, that's including FROZEN pizza. And not just one time every time I've been somewhere where it was purchased it has been totally DISGUSTING how these people stay in business is beyond me, I used to like Steve's pizza on US1 in West Kendall, but this place is laughable, I guess if you just got here from south America or Cuba or something like that the pizza is good , but in the USA that is DISGUSTING!!!( It tastes like they water down the pizza sauce)

I am a loyal fan. Closest pizza in the area to NY pizza but not sure what happened today. I usually pick up and when I order for delivery its to school where I work. I ordered today and put delivery address - well pizza waas never delivered. I called and apparently went to wrong address. I got pizza an hour later with wrong drink and no sauce. Disappointed because I love Steve's Pizza.

Trash, hour before closing and they don’t want to take any more orders. Should have never tried to give them another chance. Foods always undercooked, need to ask for it well done to be decent.

went there for my favorite antipasto salad . The salad (should have )Three kinds of meat ,tomatoes of course lettuce onions black olives. SO THE antipasto salad I just picked up had : ( Two) kinds of meat ( No tomatoes ) just a very few onions a few black olives and for some reason they put crotons in the salad. Last time I got the antipasto salad a month ago, It was a dinner salad ,which was lettuce tomatoes onions not even close. What the F **** Just look at the picture in you menu It shows the ingredients. Something is wrong there . THEY ARE NOT building rockets its a SALAD. I heard another complaint from a good friend and like my self he was in a state of Disbelief and Disappointment cause we been eaten at steve's for three decades. If you go there take a good look

I personally worked here and was fired for defending myself against a prejudice customer. I work at this business during the summer because I’m a college student, so when I’m on break I work at this location to make some extra cash for school. I usually have a good experience with regulars and new customers and receive good tips, so this event that took place was a first for me. The customer that came in was really aggressive and claimed that “I was being rude to her on the phone.” I wish I could play back the phone call because that was not the case. I told her that we didn’t have any specific specials on pies at this location and after I did her pizza order, I was mid sentence when she hung up on me. I saw that she ordered a few items so I offered her a bag to make her life a little easier, when I proceeded to hand it to her she snatched the bag from me in an aggressive manner. I proceeded to tell her that she does not have to come into this establishment and treat someone that is trying to assist her so rudely. She started making false accusations against me so I told her that she was being prejudice. She goes on to say that “YOU PEOPLE ALWAYS LIKE TO PULL THE BLACK CARD” and I was in utter disbelief. She then told me that her son was black as if that was relevant in the situation or made her any less prejudice. She then continues to yell at me and verbally abuse me and my manager is in the back watching all of this go on and does absolutely nothing, until she demands him to come up front. She continues to tell him her “story” and I told her that she was being a liar and trying to make me look bad in front of my boss. So my boss proceeds to say that he has to let me go after this encounter with this woman. If I was a terrible employee I would understand that, but I literally go above and beyond for this job, train new employees, run the place when he isn’t there and quite frankly do things that is not in my job description as a cashier. I saw another comment that says that during a situation the adults in the shop didn’t try to intervene and assist with the issue, and they are EXACTLY correct. This institution is a joke and you guys should SERIOUSLY listen to the terrible ratings because management is terrible.

I formally worked at this institution and have seen multiple people come and go in the past 2 months. It has terrible management, there's a language barrier, and the boss disrespects his employees (probably because he's never sober). I do not recommend this location at all. If you're seriously inquiring about some good NY style pizza, try the regular Steve's pizza location on US1!

Me and my son come and eerytime we come we always order the jumbo with double pepperoni.. and this has got to be as close to NY style as you can find.. its so thin and greasy and floppy just like we like it and I really don't eat the ends of a pizza but the dough tastes so good and it has a nice char to it that I can't resist but to eat the entire thing.. we have tried pizzas from a lot of places in Miami and when I try other pizza places I always regret it and wish I would've bought a Steve's jumbo with double pepperoni sometimes I want it so bad the best day I end up buying Steve's anyways lol and the owner is really cool and he always treats us like family when my sun and I are there so between the jumbo and the owner and how he treats us we always have a great experience when we go.. he values us as a customer and appreciates our business and you don't find that many owners doing that. So if you go def try the jumbo with double pepperoni you won't regret it

After living in NYC for the last 7 years, I can confidently say Steve's Pizza is absolutely delicious! Flavorful, perfect amount of cheese, and baked to perfection. Yup ordered 3x in 2.5 weeks. This place deserves 5 stars!
